WHITE HOUSE INSIDER: There Is A Very Uneasy Peace Between President Obama And The American Military.

A fascinating two-part interview with a longtime D.C. political operative discussing the inner workings of the Obama White House and both political parties as they prepare for the upcoming 2012 Presidential Election:

PART ONE

Ulsterman:  If you don’t mind, I would like to do some simple topic association so that we might cover as much ground possible with the little time you have to speak with me today.

WH Insider:  Sure – as long as you ask me about Eric Holder.  That’s my focus right now.  Everything else – and there’s a lot of it…but everything else is in limbo until after December 8th.

Ulsterman:  Eric Holder it is then…

WH Insider:  Pay attention.  In a week or so.  The hearing.  That – we are reaching the-the moment of truth on Holder.  What do we got now…almost 60 members – members of Congress calling for his resignation?  And that’s just publicly.  There are Democrats voicing the same uh…the same suggestion.  I’ll say it to you again – you keep asking me about it, every time we talk so one more time for you…Eric Holder will no longer be Attorney General of the United States.  That-that is – you’ll see that happen soon now.  Very soon.

Ulsterman:  When?

WH Insider:  What?  You asking me – like a day?  A specific day?  I don’t have that…

Ulsterman:  Next month?  Next year?  When?

WH Insider:  Soon.  The hearing is in about a week, right?  December?  First week of December, right?  In front of Judiciary.  The Senate hearing went very well for us on this.  You likely don’t understand all of that – all of the…it went well.  That was among the most aggressive Senate hearings I’ve seen in a long time.  You don’t get that from them very often.  That was further proof that this thing won’t be put back in the barn.  It’s out and it’s a problem that isn’t going away for this White House.  And the cover-up…that’s there.  It’s known.  It’s been known.  The rope was let out, over and over and they just kept taking it up.  How did I put it to you months ago?  “We got them.”  Right?  Something like that, right?  Well – we got ‘em.

And let me say something else on this.  Might seem to be stating the obvious to you here but I want to say it anyways.  Eric Holder is about the most corrupt and…sinister – he’s the most sinister Attorney General this country has seen.  Dangerous.  He’s gone off the reservation all on his own from time to time.  I used to believe everything came through certain people, or a certain person.  But Holder has been running his own game on a lot of this stuff.  He’ll be forced out and then…the-the…and then the American people are gonna start to hear what was going on at Justice.  It won’t come out all at once.  They are working to cover those tracks as we speak – but too many got the goods now.  It’ll come out in drips and drabs.  They’ll try to minimize the damage for ’12.  It won’t work.  Not entirely.  We are seeing to that.  That’s what they are bumping into right now you see.  The political liability that Holder has become.  Back in 2010, they thought they could ride it out.  Delay.  Bury it.  Move one.  And they have been somewhat successful, but the information is getting out, and enough in Congress know they have to act on it or get their own fingers caught up in the machine.  That was seen during the Senate hearing – but that hearing was intended to set up for Judiciary coming up.  And after that…we got the foundation in place to force out a United States Attorney General.  I wasn’t privy to all of that until just recently.  Suspected it.  Had it figured.  Now it’s been confirmed.  What we are waiting on with this now is the on-the-record condemnation of Eric Holder from Democrats.  We have it off the record – but now we need it to go public.  Then the endgame is there.  This part of the plan is nearly done.

Ulsterman:  Jarrett vs Daley

WH Insider:  There is no “Jarrett vs Daley”.  She is out of her league.  I told you there would be a prominent staff departure, right.  You recall that, right?  That departure would be a-a signal.  A message that all bets are off if you will.  This White House is on its own.  Daley kept a lot of sh-t at bay.  Kept it controlled.  The little tit for tat sh-t with his announced departure followed up by them stripping him of his duties – whatever.  They got nothing.  Nothing on Daley.  They are so outmatched with that.  You see the media attacks against the administration since Daley announced his leaving?  You notice that?  The signal was sent out and now it’s on for this White House.  There’s gonna still be the ass-kissers.  The guys hedging their bets.  Hell, there was a time I was counted among them – but more and more are reaching the same conclusion I did last year – this damn administration has got to go.  This White House is…it’s as bad as – no, it’s worse than the detractors can think it.  Godd-mn dangerous is what it is.  For all of us.

Ulsterman:  Be more specific please.  Are you referring to something recent?  If so – be specific.

WH Insider:  Specific?  Yeah – it’s specific.  A whole sh-tload of specific.  Where to start?  You want a line on the military angle. Afghanistan?  Iraq?  How about the super-committee boondoggle?  How about that?  The blow up over that?  Inside the party?  All of that is swirling around – but my focus…right now it’s Eric Holder.  It’s Issa and others pushing this thing to its necessary conclusion.  For now everything else is distraction.  And that’s about all this administration has left – they sure as hell don’t lead do they?  It’s distract-distract-distract.  You know how frustrating it is to be working against the same damn tactics you’ve used yourself for years during how many campaigns now?  I am fighting against my own     godd-mn playbook!

Ulsterman:  How about the super-committee?  Tell me a little about what went on with that.  It certainly appeared the administration wanted it to fail.

WH Insider:  Want…didn’t want.  It’s not even that.  It’s like they didn’t even care.  What did the president do when the deadline was coming down?  He left the country.  He went golfing, gave a few more speeches, said Hawaii was in f**king Asia, right?  Shoulda been a Dan Quayle moment for him – another one.  But the media…enough of them still carrying the godd-mn water for these people.  Whatever.  Enough heard about it.  But it gets old doesn’t it?  How many gaffes the man makes?  How many times he reveals to the world what a fool he is?  But there are still people saying he’s a smart guy.  I’m telling you – seen it up close.  Barack Obama isn’t smart.  Arrogant.  Immature.  Naïve.  Lazy.  You bet – but he ain’t smart.

Ulsterman:  Back to the super-committee…what happened with that?  The “boondoggle” as you put it?

WH Insider:  That mess actually feeds right into some of the other stuff…Afghanistan,Iraq – the military.  The fractured relationship that exists between this White House and the military.  All the way up to the Joint Chiefs apparently.  Some of them boys are extremely pissed off at this president.  If not for their devotion to a code of conduct…he’s not a popular guy.

Ulsterman:  That’s both repetitive and obvious.  Back to the super-committee – what happened?  Are the rumors it was intended to fail true?

WH Insider:  You just put me down?  Did you – did you just call me boring?  (laughs)

Ulsterman:  Let’s focus on the super-committee…the allegations of intentional failure floating around.

WH Insider:  Sure…intentional.  I think that intent was coming more from the Democratic leadership.  Not so much the White House.  Now I’m not saying the White House isn’t happy it broke apart – that scenario fits in with the “run against Congress” thing the re-election crew has come up with.  Harry Truman reborn or whatever the hell they think they are gonna pull off.  Sure as hell can’t run on Barack Obama’s incompetence and total f-ckuppery now can they?  It’s just the White House doesn’t have much direct input to Congress these days.  Been that way for some time actually.

But that committee, yeah, it was doomed at the outset.  The Dems…not all of them – the leadership…they want to cut defense and this committee was an ends to go and do that you see.  Create the mandatory cuts legislation that was part of the deal a few months back.  So those Dems get the cuts – the president gets his do-nothing Congress campaign theme, and the Republicans get the blame because the media keeps calling it the “Republican Congress” right?  That tagline has been in play all year long.

Where it got interesting though from an in-house standpoint, is the couple gentlemen who went to the leadership with a plan – a bi-partisan plan, to work it all out.  And each of them had support from their own parties – maybe 60-70 or so other members who indicated their support.  There were some folks in Congress who actually wanted to get something done on this.  And that’s been the case all along.  How many bills have been stalled in the Senate since 2010?  Hundreds.  The Republicans and some Democrats are sending things over from the House and Reid is trashing them.  And the guy who has plans to replace Reid as the Democratic Party leader in the Senate – John Kerry.  The Kerry office in fact is responsible for more of the anti-bipartisan tone than Reid.  So Kerry was the guy making certain the super-committee fell on its ass.  He is among the Dems who are still very loyal to the Obama White House.  There isn’t so many of them these days, but they hold the positions of power, so their influence remains strong.

Back to these two gentlemen though – these two junior members of Congress.  They tried repeatedly to meet with the Democratic Party leadership and were brushed off.  At one point they finally accused a staff member from a certain high ranking Democrat’s office of purposely setting up the negotiations to fail.  This staff member confirmed that was exactly what was happening and they would be better of just “shutting up and following orders.”  Now that pretty much sums up the attitude within the party right there.  Shut up and follow orders.  That was exactly how the Obamacare votes went down.  Shut up and follow orders and we lost a whole slew of good people in the 2010 elections because of it.  But that right there isn’t even the real meat of this little story.  When the staff member was pressed on why…when the two Congressmen asked if the president was aware the committee’s intent to fail may push the country on the brink of another credit downgrade, this little sh-t of a staff member said the following – in these exact words:

The President knows what we want him to know and nothing more.  That works fine for him and that works even better for us.  He doesn’t return our calls and we don’t return his.

Those exact words.  So what we have is a small group of Congressional Democrats – the leadership, completely dismissing the obligation to working with the President of the United States and that same president, who also happens to be a Democrat as well, completely dismissing the obligation to work with Congress.  Now to someone uninformed, that might not seem like much.  Big deal, huh?  Well, it’s a very big deal.  It’s a very dangerous situation.  It’s why the military boys are now coming out on record and criticizing a sitting Commander in Chief.  If those mandatory cuts go into effect, which will decimate the military budget, that puts the country at increased risk.  Look at the godd-mn world – it’s on fire right now!  This country isn’t feared.  It isn’t respected.  In just three short years President Obama has made the United States a fu—ing joke to the world. Russia…Putin – the guy mocks us. China is buying us up one treasury sale at a time. Iran tells us to f-ck off every day of the week. Iraq pushes us out.  We spent a trillion or two over there – how many lives, and they tell us to get the f-ck out. Germany…they think we are just about through.  Do you know that?  The chatter coming out from Germany – they think America is about ready to collapse.  They’re just deciding whether or not to intervene or let it happen.  50/50 they say.  Maybe one – maybe the other.  Share what’s left with China.

Now these two gentlemen make their way to the Republican leadership.  Get a meeting there – not just some staff member brush off.  They are told nothing can be done at this point until after the elections.  The Republicans seem to think they are gonna win the Senate and all will be better.  Poor dumb bastards that they are, right?  But at least they recognize the problem – which is sure as hell a lot more than the Democratic leadership is doing these days.  Those people are the problem.  And we got a movement from within the Democratic Party to take it back if you will.  A moderate movement going against the progressives – the f-cking progressives who have all but destroyed the party over the last decade.  We’ve always had our oddballs – our far lefters – no different than the Republicans got their crazies too, but you don’t give them the leadership.  You don’t make them the face of the party.  But that’s what happened.  All of that anti-Bush hysteria…the barbarians took the gate and we are just now realizing they ran as Democrats—

Ulsterman:  (Interrupts) —Who was the military – you said someone in the military openly criticized the president?  Who was that?  Was this recently?

WH Insider:  Now you see, that’s part of the problem.  You should have known about this – spotted it right away.  I’m not blaming you – but the example is…it’s – what’s the word here…it’s indicative of how the real stories are getting buried in the bullsh-t of the mainstream.  It’s why we set this thing up here.  Get it out and hope it percolates and eventually goes mainstream, right?  I get to share things here I can’t share publicly.

Ulsterman:  Who in the military criticized the president?  Openly?

WH Insider:  Joint Chiefs.  The very top.  And he wouldn’t speak for himself – that’s not how the CoC works in a situation like this.  When he spoke – he spoke for the United States military.  And he spoke out against the administration and what is happening to our Armed Forces around the world.

Ulsterman:  What was said?

WH Insider:  I don’t recall the word-for-word of it but the gist was this – that the relationship between the United States and Pakistan has never been worse than it is today.  And that indicates it has never been more dangerous. Pakistan – you wrote something on this right? Pakistan is a nuclear power.  Very unstable.  The same radical Muslims who are overtaking Egypt,Libya, and elsewhere have their sites set on Pakistan.  Push out the military junta replace it with a hardline Muslim fundamentalist government – only this time, those Muslims will have the bomb.

When the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff goes on record indicating the situation in Pakistan– and by default then you gotta say Afghanistan as well…that it’s the most f-cked up it’s ever been – that’s about as strong a rebuke of a current presidential administration as you’re gonna get from a member of the military at that high of a level.  And don’t forget – there have been other examples of the military speaking out against this White House.  There is a very uneasy peace between President Obama and the military.  And a hell of a lot of mistrust – on both sides. Dempsey was just recently appointed Chairman, but he was in there for a spell before that.  He knows damn well what’s going on – and I am told Obama had far less to do with Dempsey being made Chairman than Leon Panetta.  And it’s been Panetta who has been letting off the loudest warnings about slashing the military budget at this time, right?  And it was Panetta who oversaw the Bin Laden killing – not Barack Obama, right?  Dempsey has been warning about the possible military cuts for months now…anyone want to argue none of this is related they can have at it.  I’m not gonna play that kind of dumb though.  At least not anymore.  I am convinced there are forces at play here far more powerful than our little song and dance political warfare we got going here.  I just pray to God that if things break against us, these people are on our side.

      • If it does reach that stage then you have nothing to worry about. The military is incredibly patriotic and extreemly consevative. If Obama decided to enact martial law or anything else to remove our freedom then the military will be fighting alongside the citizens against him and probably the blue helmets (the U.N.) in order to preserve the freedom that we joined the armed services in the first place to protect

    • NameJTorg
    • No, here’s what I see: if Obama were to try a martial law thing next year (and I don’t think he’s got the grapes, btw), I think the American military would stand with the American people and turn out the would-be dictator.

      • Jen Gelman
      • Ditto. It looks like a line in the sand is being drawn, and that line appears to be somewhere the other side of election theft and this side of martial law.

      • The Choco Messiah may not have the stones (Meanchelle has ‘em in that household) but his handlers and anti-U.S. plotters do. Notice how detached he is from everything that happens?

      • Bill in Tennessee
      • Right to a point…but I think it would be the other way around. The military, having taken an oath to protect and defend the Constitution, would be the ones to initiate the coup (and I think it would be a soft one, just telling Obama he is out of line and refusing an unlawful order), and the American people would stand with THEM. Most of us would, that is… I once took an oath when I entered the USMC and although I’ve been out of active service for many years, my oath did NOT have a shelf life or expiration date. I would hasten to the military’s side and stand with them.

    • yep. And just today on Drudge it is being reported that Brian Terry’s records are being sealed by the Obama Admin. When are we going to get rid of this thug in office. America can’t wait any longer.

    • Thanks to both the Insider and Ulsterman for getting this alarming story out to us. That quote from the congressional staffer says everything about how our system is working. Great work.

    • What attacks on the administration is WHI referring to ? I haven’t noticed any – the media should be on this administration like a pack of wolves . If Insider and other operatives are going to take back the Party from the “progressives” they’d better shake a leg . Things are getting worse daily . WHI is correct about the damage done in the past decade , but they have been infecting all sectors of the USA – poltical , social , economic and education for twenty years or more . This must stop .

    • And if all of this is not bad enough just yesterday 37 big banks were downgraded and their stocks should have plummeted, and yet today bank stocks closed with huge gains because Uncle Ben of the (privately owned banking cartel) Federal Reserve gave all the Banksters an early Christmas present by bailing them all out.

You can bet the New Years gift for the people from the Federal Reserve good ole Uncle Ben will be higher energy costs and inflation with a high probability of hyperinflation all across the board when the euro implodes. It has been said the bailout is just a delay to the inevitable.

It is crystal clear that we all need to stockpile every day necessities along with multivitamins, medicines, food and water. There is no need to purchase expensive ready to eat freeze dried or dehydrated meals. It is cheaper and more nutritious to buy rice and beans which aren’t loaded with chemicals and salt.

I pray for our sakes the military is on our side; however it is true congress has been working on some sinister language within S.1867, the National Defense Authorization Act bill which would enable the President to use the military to detain ordinary American citizens indefinitely without formal charges or a trial. Senators Carl Levin (D-Mich.) and John McCain (R-Ariz.) are the authors of the bill.

        • Cowboy Dan
        • “Careers in the military are on the line there.” True enough, but those most concerned with careers are generally people who are used to telling people what to do, how and when. They are not generally the ones doing the actual fighting and killing and bleeding and dying.

Should the SHTF, the career folks will order others to act rather than act themselves, and they may be surprised when their orders are refused as being unlawful. A military member is sworn to obey lawful orders, and refuse to follow orders he considers unlawful There are consequences, to be sure, but the being charge under the UCMJ is better than facing a war crimes tribunal.

The people they will expect to do the shooting are our brothers, sisters, sons, and daughters, people who take seriously the oath they took to protect and defend the Constitution for the United States of America. There are a lot of patriots yet in our military, and they will not act against their fellow citizens. Expect to see mass mutiny in the ranks should such orders be given, and expect a lot of blood to be shed on and off base.

Should the career people prevail on base and get some segment of their forces to take arms against American citizens on American soil, there are a LOT of people willing to show them a good fight. These people, a lot of them, also took that oath to protect our Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and damn few believe that the oath expired when they took off the uniform and quit getting paid for their service. Good people will die on both sides should it come to that, and waste will laid to a lot of what we consider beautiful.

Career military might not be the worst we ought to consider. Some have suggested that rather than U.S. troops, mercenaries will be used from countries we consider undeveloped. Where an American might not fire against his countrymen, those to our south (Mexico, Cuba, Venezuela )would not have a conscience against doing so. We are not human beings, we are the enemy, and do not deserve to live. They’ve been taught that for years already, so coming against us in actual warfare is not much of a stretch.

A couple of boatloads from any of the nations which recently have had civil wars could do a lot of harm in our country, especially if they were given free reins to kill anyone or steal anything if they were tough enough to take it. I know people who have fought against them, and they have no mercy when they are set to work.

I’m not the only one who loves his country and fears his government and prays that this nation works out its troubles without war coming again to our streets and our cities.

May God have mercy on us all.

    • werbaz neutronName
    • Oh great: now the Insider is talking about a military coup! The only coup we will get is the Oinkubus and her ever popular husband Beelzebubba reprising the Evita Peron soap opera.

….And old Snake head Carville complaining about having to fight against his own playbook.

      What a con.

      • Jen Gelman
      • McCain doesn’t care as long as the fix is in for him. He has a reputation among lobbyists for being one of the greediest bastards on the hill, so you can rest assured, if it has his name on it, he is either benefiting from it directly or immune to it.

    • T.E.L
    • Insider knows something about Lightsquared, I’m assuming. The pressure on General Shelton – to do something that has the potential to blind our military and to make them deaf and unable to coordinate. The military does NOT like to see politicians make games out of real dangers. One big screwup, and the book “Term Limits” might become a reality – but on a larger scale.

Insider isn’t joking about Holder, his evil. I’m assuming he has something on the White House, because even they can’t be so incompetent to let this bozo dip them all in a portapotty head-first. He was involved in a lot of the Clinton messes, too: Elian Gonzalez, Waco. Not that he had a direct line to Clinton.

A warning to all: we’d better be prepared for a state of national emergency. The Bill of Rights don’t exist under martial law, which means no right to bear arms, or any other rights. Lawyers argue all the time that this isn’t true, but Rex 84 was clear enough: if there’s a will, it can be made to happen. Dangerous times.

    • Concerned_American
    • I highly doubt that the POTUS would ask the AG to leave and I don’t think Holder will leave voluntarily. So that leaves impeachment and how likely is that to happen with a Democrat controlled Senate? If by some miracle he actually does leave, who would replace him, Podesta? Can you say ideologue, can you say liar, can you say reactionary, can you say communist, can you imagine?

    • truthandjustice
    • He seemed to say some good truisms that most don’t realize and/or refuse to face. Our porblems go deeper and more complex than most think. He said they lost some “good” Dems in 2010 because they followed orders and voted against the best interest of the country and voted for Obamacare – shame, shame. No – they weren’t “good”. Good ones would have stood their ground, voted against it, NO MATTER what they may have been threatened with & had to suffer. That is one of the huge, deep problems — Congressmen, politicians who do not have the ethics, courage, morals, selfless steadfast integrity that are willing & passionate about putting the good of the country first – before themselves. Most that run and are elected are not “quality” type people & have huge egos that come first. And if they’re “good” when they get to Washington, they are soon lured & seduced into succumbing to the power and money, etc. Need more “George Waashington’s”, John Adams, Lincoln’s. Good book out by Glenn Beck “Being George Washington”.

At the end he said he feared there was far more sinister, bigger stuff involved and he’s right. It’s a worldwide push by the Marxist/Communist/Muslims to bring down America & get their New World Order. All the powerful ones have united for the big push bc they have “their man” in the White House along with the DOJ, etc.to accomplish it. It’s now or never. We’ll be at our most weakest, including militarily.
And if that wasn’t enough, I’ve read where next year is going to be scary due to unprecedented danger from eruptions of sun spots and effects on our electrical/satellite stuff, along with weird weather, etc.
So, along with the dangers of our political & economical disasters, prepare for perhaps long period of loss of electricity, communications, water and food, meds, etc. Good reading —- Revelation (Bible)….check out chapter 6 and the breaking of the seals…………..

      • silverdust
      • Agreed. No such thing as a “good” dem. (Sorry, Ulsterman. I know that’s the party you roll with.) What people called “good” dems in days gone by were those who were for always-increasing taxes, unions, redistribution via the welfare state/entitlements and nanny-state laws, including anti-gun laws.

The proglodytes just upped it to hyperdrive.

      • NameFedUpInOK
      • I have always been interested to read thes WHI interviews, but, I always gag when he talks with reverence about the Daleys, Clintons, and other bigwig Democrats that he admires. If they represent what he considers to be “good” Dems, then his value system is a steaming pile of mule muffins.

    • USA4ever
    • Great information, WH Insider. You’re standing in the fire for us and I appreciate it greatly. Thanks Ulsterman for diligently bringing us these interviews and stories.

What military coup are people referring to? What does that mean exactly?

Once Holder is gone, what does that mean in terms of bringing down the Obama administration? Won’t they just plug the hole with another lackey?

Like the Insider said, that’s all they do. Distract, distract, distract, coverup, coverup, coverup.

Ulsterman, please post Part 2 asap!

      • Marlowe
      • USA4ever:
WHI spoke about this exact event some time ago. Basically, what he said is anytime there is a change over at that high level things have a way of leaking or coming out.

What I think he meant (opinion) was Holder, in this case, is juggling a lot of balls many of which may or may not be known to others and with Holders departure some of those balls will be left unguarded and will come out.

Case in point and here again this is purely conjecture. Suppose there is a cache of documents that appear inocuous on the surface that are set for FOIA release. Holder might know there is dynamite in them and if he were still around would stonewall their release. Well the new guy doesn’t know this and lets them out.

Another possibility is the new AG doesn’t like Holder or what he was doing so he leaks it himself. Fertile grounds for speculation but I believe this is the type of scenario WHI was talking about.

    • Jimbo
    • White House Insider is complaining about Defense cuts.

Eisenhower cut defense spending 27% after the Korean Armistice — during the Cold War.

Nixon cut defense spending 29% in the wind-down of Vietnam — during the Cold War.

We are talking a 10% cut in defense spending — Not a single country threatens the United States.

The United States spends more on defense than all other countries combined.
China spends around 100 billion on defense, That means the U. S. spends over five times more than China, The same applies to Russia.

And the United States is barrowing 40 cents of EVERY dollar.

The biggest threat to the United States is not military, but economic & financial.

      A military coup?

      Get real.

      White House Insider is obsessed.

In a way I understand — Obama is an empty suit at the direction of others.

A very dangerous situation for America.

      • T.E.L
      • Jimbo:
You wrote that Obama works “at the direction of others.” That’s clear enough – and Insider stated in a previous installment that Obama had expressed some desire to resign – but that no one would let him: he owed too much. Didn’t say who.

The biggest danger with military cuts is intel. If Obama kills our eyes and ears, it doesn’t matter much how many dollars we spend on armaments. And if you think the Chinese are just sitting there, passively indifferent and not engaged in weapons development, you’re wrong.

The fact that Obama wants to unionize the military means that he’ll make it expensive AND incompetent.

      • Rich
      • Clearly Jimbo is a plant. No nation threatens the United States??? Are you freaking serious?

Let me list the nations that are ACTIVELY working to destroy us:

        China
        Russia
        Iran
        Venezuela
        Cuba
        North Korea
every Muslim nation recently taken over by the Muslim Brotherhood

        ——-

“Jimbo” was clearly sent here to spread misinformation by the “forces” WHI speaks about.

I am of the belief that Obama represents more than the “political warfare” WHI talks about, and instead is controlled by foreign nations intent on seeing our destruction. I think that there are many loyal to Obama who do not realize this yet, and probably won’t until it is too late.

On every level, he has introduced dysfunction. He has introduced crisis. He is about to decimate our military. Leaving the Middle East basically surrenders it to the Muslim Brotherhood/Iran/Al Qaeda/Taliban/Hamas/Hezbollah axis.

When the U.S. economy finally corrects itself and enters the Great Depression it should have entered in 2008, we will see internal chaos the likes of which this country has never seen before. This will happen on Obama’s watch, possibly around November 2012. Combine that with Soros’ paid army of OWS thugs and you have the recipe for massive social unrest, violence, chaos, and a United States with zero capacity of policing the world.

Anyone who says we have no enemies is either deluded or a traitor. The U.S. has never been at a weaker position. We won WWII because of our manufacturing prowess, which has been hollowed out, erased, and shipped to China. When our economy crashes, we’ll be lucky to restore order at home, much less defend the aggressive conventional, biological, and nuclear attack that will come from a united China/Russia/Iran/Venezuela/”terrorist” proxy front.

I hate to say it, but I think this country is fucked.

        • Jimbo
        • Rich, you are paranoid.

Jimbo wrote: “The biggest threat to the United States is not military, but economic & financial.”

I agree that America’s manufacturing has been hollowed out.

          That needs to be reversed.

But of course Rich ignores the fact that the United States out-spends our nearest military rival by five to one.

The U. S. military is unchallenged in both conventional and nuclear capability. A 10% reduction will not have a strategic impact on America’s capability for force projection.

“The single biggest threat to national security is the national debt, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff said yesterday, underscoring the importance of good fiscal stewardship and a need to stimulate economic growth.” Reported on the Joint Chiefs of Staff website.

          http://www.jcs.mil/newsarticle.aspx?ID=360

Rich wrote: “Anyone who says we have no enemies is either deluded or a traitor.”

That’s a straw man argument because that’s not what I wrote.

This is what I wrote: “Not a single country threatens the United States.”

Let me add for clarification: In a strategic superiority capability which would allow them to think they could survive a retalitory strike. China and Russia are military rivals, but are not suicidal.

Obviously, other countries have militaries. The point being that none of these countries have anywhere close to the capacity to directly attack the United States mainland without suffering assured total destruction.

The only way the United States would be attacked in a full military confrontation would be if it bumbled into a regional war that spun out of control.

Rich, it is your paranoid mindset that would lead to the possibility of the United States bumbling into a regional war that could spin out of control.

          Rich, get a grip.

    • Interesting how the WHI always speaks of getting rid of the progressives in the democrat party, but then continues to praise the Clinton’s and support HRC as a possible standard bearer in the 2012 elections.

Has the WHI yet to realize that the Clinton’s lead the progressive pack? Just sayin….

      • Jen Gelman
      • Who do you think WHI is working for???
Damn sure not the American People. He works for Billary.
WHI is only telling us part of the story – the part he wants us to hear.
Hillary and 0bama are part of the same team and have been all along.
        0bama sets up the shot and takes one for the team;
Hillary hits it in for the goal.
It’s possible that 0bama planned all along to break out of the scenario the oligarchs put him into and become the New World Emperor, and it’s possible that he actually is a far emptier shirt than even they imagined.
But Hillary is Plan B, and she always was Plan B.

    • Luxury ,
Indeed . Hillary once described herself as a progressive . She also wrote her thesis on Saul Alinsky . Of course Bill is a self – serving blowhard , but when he’s around the progressive types he talks the talk .

    • Pajamas Media just dropped a story about how the FBI and DEA knew that Border Patrol was walking into an ambush last December and did nothing to stop it. Focus people. Biggest shoe to drop in the Fast and Furious scandal. Stop bickering and focus on the true enemy here, the Obama administration.

    • ThroughtheLookingGlass
    • The shoe has dropped. The fit has hit the shan. What are they doing? What’s taking them so long to pull the plug and drain the swamp? Where do we light the fires? …and under whose feet? C’mon, now. Quit twiddling the thumbs and send the eviction notices. It won’t be a moment too soon.

    • It would be so lovely if the next time AF One & Two… the whole fleet… leaves the USA that the passengers be deposited on the foreign soil and left there, never to be permitted to return.

Then our military can set up for a national election on paper ballots only. No existing/previous federal office holder will be allowed as a candidate on any ballot.

All laws passed since 9-11 must be rescinded. All Executive Orders must be rescinded. All States of Emergency must be cancelled.

There will be no FRB and no bank or corporation be allowed to exist outside the state in which it was incorporated. Glass-Steagel will be reinstated.

The national government will be responsible only for protecting the borders. All overseas military will be recalled and bases closed.

Hope that gets your juices flowing… we need to resuscitate Main St. and purge the system of freeloaders.

    • I think people need to understand that Thermonuclear warfare is what is at stake here. That means Obama will not do anything to prevent that from happening; the laziness of Obama means he is clinically insane. So, we must remove him from office with the Twenty Fifth Amendment to the U.S.e Federal Constitution. However, people need to think, right now, is, after that we need to put in place measures which will get the United States back to its foundation; a sovereign-building-nation-state. The same method that the Federal Reserve is using now, to “bailout” euro-zone nations, which will not work; as a matter of fact this will lead into a hyperinflation and a total collapse of the population worldwide, depopulation, if not stop by the Glass-Steagall Act, with H.R. 1489, then you can reverse the process of funding the worse than nothings, Wall-Street and the like, to putting, what we Americans call CREDIT, into developmental projects, such as that, which if John F. Kennedy and his brother Robert were not murdered, would have built NAWAPA (North American Water and Power Alliance) when we were born; excluding the “Baby Boomer” Generation, some, and not the World War Two Vets who know what we are dealing with here. Other than that, we who are the ages between twenty five and forty five, must now provide the truth which was not told, and only those wiling to commit themselves to that can email me as soon as possible. bryanbarajas04@yahoo.com

    • Ulsterman – WHI claimed that Panetta ran the UBL deal. The significance of that lately is Obama’s claim that he’s been the best, most pro-Israel President ever!

Now assuming that he’s either doing a whole s-load of ‘shrooms or he’s clincally insane, it is rather remarkable to see Panetta turn around and bark orders at Israel.

I suspect that Panetta is demonstrating to the Israelis (as if they didn’t know) and the Jewish population in America that Obama is NOT pro-Israel. Obama says one thing and does another – and I suspect Panetta is doing something to alert interested parties: “don’t believe Obama’s claims.”

That all hinges on whether or not Panetta really ran the UBL operation. If he did, this latest operation is something Obama can’t escape from: if Obama questions Panetta, who has likely heard Obama make similar statements, Panetta could just say that he’s heard the very same words from Obama’s mouth.

“Why would I not say this, Mr. President? You told me the very same thing only two weeks ago!”

No, there is not a bug – not by me, anyway – in the White House. Some of us don’t need ‘em to see what’s going on.

    • Random Blowhard
    • Quit yer bitching, Obama promised change and he’s delivering.

A civil war ridden nuclear middle east at Israel’s and each others throat’s. Change.
Bailing out cronies via lawless corruption (Zimbabwenomics) and asset confiscation (General Motors bondholders). Change.
Triggering total economic collapse due to endless printing, spending and rewarding cronies with BAILOUTS leaving the United States a poor third world country. Change.
Mushroom clouds due to Pakistani nukes smuggled over an unsecured border. Change.

Imagine what 5 MORE years will bring. Long passport to New Zealand.
