Recent Fox News report regarding the most recent Friday Night Document Dump from the Obama Department of Justice counters Eric Holder’s repeated assertion to Congress that he did not know of the Fast and Furious operation until long after the events surrounding the death of U.S. Border Agent Brian Terry.
According to the Fox report – Attorney General Holder knew that Fast and Furious weapons were found at the scene of Agent Terry’s killing THE DAY IT HAPPENED. This is in direct contradiction to testimony Holder gave Congress which indicated he did not know of Fast and Furious until weeks after Brian Terry’s death:
Attorney General Eric Holder’s Department of Justice dumped documents related to Operation Fast and Furious on congressional officials late Friday night. Central to this document dump is a series of emails showing Holder was informed of slain Border Patrol agent Brian Terry’s murder on the day it happened – December 15, 2010 – and that he was informed the weapons used to kill Terry were from Fast and Furious on the same day.
This knowledge will add yet more fuel to the investigative fire that will encircle Eric Holder as he comes before Congress yet again this week to testify to the failed and deadly Fast and Furious gunrunning operation that not only resulted in the death of Agent Terry, but hundreds more civilians living in Mexico.
Mr. Holder must feel like General George Custer did when he realized he was incredibly out numbered and literally was out of bullets (pun not intended). Well, the penitentiary’s will be filling up very soon I see.

If I was directing this scenario, I’d have the Sergeant at Arms standing by with handcuffs. Let Holder speak to babble out a lie or two in his defense. Then calmly approach the table, say “Eric Holder, you are under arrest.” Cuff him and lead him out of the room to an awaiting paddywagon. The perp walk would be an orchestration of photographers and press lining bothsides of the route to the booking station. Great walk of shame! Fast and Furious was initially known as “Operation Direct Commerce”. Think about that…. They were selling those AK 47′s for cash with no intention whatsoever of tracing them or getting them back. This was to cause murder and mayhem in Mexico and in the USA in order to control the people of the USA through a change of our constitution and to destroy our constitutional gun rights ….this administration creates Chaos wherever they plan to change or “transform” our government or our constitution to their liking… “Never waste a crisis.”
The Marxists create chaos to achieve the “change” they want to impede freedoms, destroy liberty and excuse the rules they are putting in place. The Obama administration were also creating quite a secret kitty for their subrosa activities where untraceable funds have been necessary at least in the short term.
Take note Holder has put in place only minimum gun sales law (for now) at the border! The only problem with guns at our border was from Holder himself.
In light of the Justice Department’s Fast and Furious fiasco and the murder of of border agents…take Note…they are still moving forward on their agenda of gun control.

Watch the DOJ guy behind Holder’s right shoulder after the Sandy Adams asks Holder about his PERSONAL e-mail about Fast & Furious at the 4:50 mark.
Soon after the 5 minute mark that DOJ guy becomes incredibly agitated to the point of rocking back and forth and even jumping off his seat.
If one didn’t know better, one would think he had dropped a load in his pants. The video then cuts away from Holder but when it comes back you can see the DOJ guy had AGAIN completely left his seat and was plopping back down into it. Also notice later in the video when he is first grabbing his thumb and then nervously rubbing his hand.
I’ve seen this DOJ guy at all of Holder’s appearances before the Congressional Committee. Until now he has seemed very impervious and calm. This moment recorded here was a STARK contrast to his previous demeanor.
He literally JUMPED out of his seat when Congresswoman Adams asked Holder about his PERSONAL emails to Lanny Brueuer and another DOJ person.
And WHO is that DOJ guy behind Holder who looked like he was in dire need of a Depends when Adams asked her question?

That DOJ guy behind Holder that always has a constipated grimace on his face? Doing the ants in his pants shuffle? That’s one of Holder’s attorneys. The more Holder avoided answering the questions and circumvented the issues, the more agitated he became.
I know. The commentary (in quotation marks) was written by Alan Peters, found at his Antimullah blog. I think he knows too that that guy is a DOJ lawyer, but wondered what his name was. Sorry if I didn’t make clear.
No apology necessary. I was reading something or watching a replay of Holder and his posse…might have been when they were being grilled about Brian Terry and when his cousin made a statement… and his name was given as one of H’s attorneys. Can’t remember his name. Only that he was identified as one of the DOJ attorneys for H. That explains all the grimacing and constipated looks and chair dancing!
One hopes that Holder will spare America the embarrasment of becoming the first sitting Attorney General to take the Fifth.
