Dear Friend,
I write you now to comply with your earlier request that I keep you updated regarding anything I would come to know involving the Supreme Court deliberations and the fate of the single most dangerous legislation and threat to freedom in our lifetime, Obamacare. The decision of the Court is to be announced soon. While I do not know the specifics of the actual decision, I have been informed the administration is preparing for the worst. Of course the worst for them is what is best for America.
Directly related to this information of an imminent decision by the Court, is the outrage among some within the Obama administration that the Court may counter their own intentions for the nation. And please know I use the term outrage most appropriately in this instance as that is exactly what is being communicated by key figures within and directly attached to, the Obama White House. They very much want to be rid of at least one more conservative member of the Court, and have made contingency plans should that opportunity be made available to them. A number of meetings have been held focusing solely on how they will react should the ruling come out against Obamacare. The medical, drug, and insurance industries have, as would be expected, been keeping a very watchful eye on these discussions and are themselves preparing a number of contingency plans based upon potential Court rulings.
The consensus appears to be, based on those I am in communication with, there will likely be some form of partial victory for both sides. The mandate will be struck down, but most of the individual consumer protections are to be left intact. From there, the Court will attempt to push the issue to Congress, which of course will be paralyzed until after the 2012 Elections. If the election goes well for conservatives, that will leave almost all of Obamacare being placed upon the “scrap heap of history” where it very much deserves to be.
There is a caveat in all of this. One source, a prominent figure within the military (Don’t ask me how someone within the military would have access or even concern over the Obamacare debate as I don’t actually know. I am simply grateful for their information, information that you yourself utilized to great effect quite recently) has indicated Chief Justice John Roberts is executing an enormous amount of focus and energy on making the final ruling NOT be a split ruling. By that I mean to say he wants the vote to be 6-3, not 5-4. Apparently Roberts has indicated growing concern that a 5-4 vote would actually benefit Barack Obama in the upcoming election as a motivating tool to create what was described to me as a “backlash” vote. I found this quite interesting as such a thing had never crossed my mind. It is that kind of tactical reasoning that often escapes me. Our mutual friend of course is far better at recognizing such things long before I ever would. (And on that subject I have directly requested they are to meet with you in person before the end of this month, so expect to hear from them very soon.)
So with that information in hand, if the decision comes down 6-3, it will not only be a victory against Barack Obama, but also perhaps a just as important victory for the efforts of Chief Justice Roberts who does not wish to see the decision utilized as a political tool that will benefit the very administration that has brought the country to this highly unstable and uncertain point in the first place. A 5-4 decision must then be seen as only a partial victory that leaves the potential for much danger in the near term, as it may well provide the kind of motivation among voters for Barack Obama that he currently no longer enjoys. And if Barack Obama gains a second term, he and those who support his anti-American belief system, will succeed in appointing a greater number of liberal extremist judges to the Court, and at that point, I truly believe there is no returning for the United States. What it was will cease to be.

Regarding the tactical approach to this issue, I fear that, by leaving some vestiges of the Obamacare standing, this will allow the Obama admin. to continue the stealth implementation through executive fiat, given that the law itself allows for a great deal of executive autonomy in implementing it.
But I see the reason for Roberts trying not to hand an issue to the divisive Obama commie admin.

Who’d be the third nay? That means either Sotomayor or Kagan. One of those two would end up being a yay vote which is wild considering Obama put them both in there to rubber stamp his radicalism.

I believe Sotomayor is more likely to vote it down than Kagan, who is 100 percent in lockstep with the big 0 (a hardened socialist/Marxist). Remember how Sotomayor herself seemed to waver occasionally during the hearings?
Actually, I think in a 6-3 decision it would be Roberts, Thomas, Scalia, Alito, Kennedy, and Breyer against Obamacare, and Sotomayor, Ginsburg, and Kagan for it.
Sotomayor and Breyer might switch places though. Sotomayor seems to have an unexpected degree of legal backbone for an Obama appointee.
Ginsburg is liberal enough that she’s probably a lock for Obamacare, though even she has a chance of wavering. Kagan was specifically nominated because she was guaranteed to vote as the Obama administration demands. No chance of her opposing her master.

I tend to agree with your analysis that Breyer would be vote #6, but I would not count out Sotomayor as a possible #7 vote againast the mandate. Ginsburg and Kagan are likely to support Obamacare regardless of legal arguments against it, although one never knows what might happen if they see decision looking like 7-2. Justices seem to develop a reverence for the court itself, and throughout history some have asserted their independence in the face of political (especially presidential) pressure.
I sincerely hope that his info is wrong and the ENTIRE bill is voted down. There is so much crap in it that has nothing to do with health care or insurance that is truly frightening. Obama’s personal army? Sending hea;th care workers to your homes? Direct government accessability to your bank account? I can go on but…you know.

Regarding an item posted in another recent comment section, would Hillary really agree to be Obama’s VP? I think that would take a lot of incentive or strong-arming for it to happen. From all we’ve gathered via WHI, that would not seem to be a move made easily on the part of Hillary. Although, The Powers That Be might make things ‘right’ for Hillary, I guess.
On another front, it looks as though part of the Team Obama strategy for the election is to set up beachheads in various Republican controlled states, or states that lean Republican.
We’ve seen all the goings-on in Florida. Now there seems to be movement into Texas (Black Panthers) and possibly into North Carolina (unions). North Carolina is run by a Democratic Party governor, but I don’t think she is seeking reelection.
The strategy would appear to be countering the Republican governorship or control of the state in order to try to secure the environment which Team Obama thinks will help it for the 2012 election. I don’t know if this is going on or is planned for other states similar to these three, but it does seem as though it might be in motion for these states.
I would imagine such a strategy would tie in with the Trayvon case and any potential staged events this summer. I also think it could tie in with what D_H_S Insider has been reportedly talking about to Doug Hagmann.
Keep your eyes and ears open. But be wary; there is likely going to be a lot of misinformation and disinformation out there to go along with the truth.
You are correct that the current NC gov isn’t running for re-election. She’s very unpopular; the State Dem party just got rocked there by a sex scandal and the Dems were betting heavily on the gay marriage amendment. So, I think you are right when you say watch NC. NC was an Obama win by the barest of margins – just like Indiana – and the Dems convention is going to be held in Charlotte.

Obama faces serious challenge in today’s Arkansas Democratic primary. Relative unknown named John Wolfe polling in high 30′s against Obama in mid-40′s. Since Ark. has open primary, Republicans may vote for Wolfe. If Wolfe actually pulls off upset of sitting president – in Arkansas of all places (wink, wink), DNC may go into full-blown panic. What I should have added in my initial post was “the Obama Team strategy seems to be to establish beachheads in Republican and Republican-leaning states THAT THE OBAMA TEAM THINKS THEY MIGHT BE ABLE TO GET TO VOTE FOR OBAMA.” For example, I doubt any energy will be expended in, say, Utah. Team Obama only seems interested in GOP states that could be important in electoral math and which might tilt for the current president. As you mentioned, North Carolina went for Obama in 2008 by the slimmest of margins. So, it would seem a key target for some astroturfed events to help keep it in Obama’s column for 2012.
Similarly, Florida is obviously critical in 2012. I believe this might have been part of the calculus in why the Trayvon case was chosen for such media focus in the first place.
For some period of time, there have been ramblings from the Democratic Party that they felt they might be able to flip Texas. So, perhaps the apparent rise in Black Panthers activity there is to help achieve that goal.
I think the most important thing to understand in all this is that there is, seemingly, a highly coordinated, top-down master plan being executed in what may otherwise appear to be isolated events. The more we can decipher such a potential plan before it takes full effect and communicate what we know to the American electorate ahead of time, the less effect any such possible plan will have. If the German population knew the Reichstag fire was a scam before it happened, things almost certainly would have gone far differently.
I agree about the Wisconsin recall election. If the Democrats lose there, it is a huge setback. Particularly in a psychological sense. The media would try to minimize it should Walker win, but the amount of depression for Big Labor and the Progressives would be almost incalculable.
Publius — I agree with you about Hillary. Still, if they are able to get her on board, that would be very helpful for them. As WHI admitted in the past regarding a possible third party run made to help Obama in 2012, no options or contingencies can afford to be overlooked now. All possibilities must be gameplanned for, in my opinion.
The Arkansas primary will be very interesting to watch. If Wolfe can just put up some good numbers in Clinton’s Arkansas (wink, wink), then another part of Dear Leader’s mystique will crumble. Bit by bit, that is how you dismantle a cult of personality.

AmericaTheBeautiful — It’s difficult to judge what the Clintons will do, no doubt. They are cunning. Still, you have to feel that their dislike of Obama runs very deep. Bill will do the commercials, perhaps, so he can say he was a good soldier. That still doesn’t mean he won’t turn Brutus on Obama’s Caesar if he gets the chance. We shall see.
I agree with you fully that there is a master plan to bring America into the Communist/New World Order fold. I don’t know who or what nation is supposed to be at the top of the pyramid, so to speak, but it could be Russia. My own guess, and based on things that WSI has said, is that the current candidate is China. Which clearly works for the would-be communists, as well as the corporatists and global elites. For them, China would seem to be the perfect marriage of state control plus ‘contained’ capitalism which is managed by the state.
Someone recently brought up the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI). And either WSI or WHI mentioned it in passing once before. From what I can gather, it is essentially a Davos, Bilderberg or Bohemian Grove type enterprise that meets yearly in New York City and has a huge roster of heavy hitters behind it. It’s almost like a hipper, more overt version of the three meetings mentioned above.
When you look at the global roster of people involved in CGI, you start to realize why WHI once said something along the lines of “I found out fast that you don’t mess with the Clintons in DC,” or something like that.
The key to power in this world (or at least in the nominally free countries on earth), as far as I can tell from my own lowly perch but after extensive research, is really through the foundations, the NGO’s and of course through both Wall Street/financial world and through the government. And through the major corporations, because of how corporatist the modern world is.
The global elites work through proxies, sometimes several layers removed. Which makes sense, because then there are either no fingerprints or the fingerprints are hard to trace.
In this sense, WHI is a middleman. He obviously has great power and skill in his own world, and I’m not saying this to diminish him at all. If WHI is a middleman, then I am a flea.
WSI is a top-level player. If he’s not at the apex, he’s very close. WSI is someone, as WHI has said in the past, who picks up the phone and things suddenly happen, often likely moved on by people such as WHI.
WSI is not a details man, although he probably understands the details well. He is a mountain mover. WHI is an engineer who figures out how the mountain will get moved.
The Clintons have an unbelievable amount of power behind them, based upon the CGI roster. What has been somewhat surprising, to me, is that Obama has a more formidable amount of power behind him as well. More than many probably thought at first, and some of which has people apparently shaking their heads and saying “hmmm, I wonder where that power originates from. Is it American?”
For whatever reason, the global elites decided to move away from Hillary in 2007-2008. Maybe they thought she was not radical enough. Most have heard the supposed story about Soros meeting with Obama and Hillary about the USA economy in 2008 or whenever. Maybe the elites liked the seeming take-no-prisoners approach which Team Obama used for the caucus states in the Democratic primary? Whatever the case, the Clintons fell out of favor with the power backers.
However, the pendulum seems unlikely to stay in that position and there seems to be a civil war within the Democratic Party now over who will hold the conch, so to speak. I think we know where WHI stands on that matter.
The Clintons have a massive amount of power behind them. I think their power base is more stable, at least in the USA, than is Obama’s. But that doesn’t mean Team Obama can’t hold onto the conch for six more months. The Chicago Way has proven effective, at least in the short term.
If Team Obama is to be beaten in 2012, then it will take a bipartisan, focused effort. I think the Clintons will have to be on board, perhaps in a stealth manner. The players involved in this drama know the scenario, as WHI has made clear in his thoughts. All hands on deck.
There are many, many Democrats who have reason to dislike Obama. Ask the defeated 64 or whatever from the 2010 Congressional races. The same people who voted for ObamaCare and then were dismissed after being told they would get help in their races. Ask Blago, or Rahm, or Bill Clinton. The list goes on and on.
Despite their recent setbacks, the Clintons are still likely to hold the long-term conch for the Democratic Party going forward. If Obama is to be beaten in 2012, then I think the Clintons and their proxies will have to be heavily involved. If Hillary were to take the VP slot, that is basically a reverse of what Daley did in resigning and what Hillary did in saying she would not be Secretary Of State for another term.
Let us all hope Hillary does not help Obama now.

Speaking of Florida and Trayvon Martin, this is one strategy that may yet backfire. As more and more information has come out establishing Zimmerman’s innocence, even 40% of black adults now believe that Zimmerman acted in self-defense (compared to 47% who still believe Trayvon Martin was murdered, down from 55% in March).
If a plurality of black Americans ever comes to believe that Zimmerman acted in self-defense, the Republicans will have a huge opportunity to convince black voters that they have been played for fools by their “leaders” Obama, Sharpton, et al, and that they should express their resentment in the voting booth.

We are in VERY perilous times. Perhaps more than at any point since America was formed.
It would serve Obama and the congressional Democrats right. The entire deal for the “goodies” such as they are for the public, depended on the enormous untapped pool of people who are not getting screwed already with exorbitant health insurance premiums. This group includes the young, poor, uninsured, self-insured, and heavily subsidized by employers (including public employees who we all pay for) who were to be forced by statute with heavy penalties enforced by the hated IRS (again being forced to pay for our own march into penury). By only striking the mandate, the Democrats and their pals who wanted this mess (let’s read it later) are left with portions of the bill vociferously opposed by their co-conspirators in the health sector unless accompanied by the bottomless pit of mandates.
Remember that the severability clause was specifically left out of the bill by the Democrats because if the mandate went down, their lobbyists and campaign contributors in the health insurance and health industry wanted ALL of it to go. If Roberts pulls off a 6-3 to strike mandates and keep the goodies, thus getting the Democrats in major hot water with their financial backers but pleasing the public, it will be the double cross of all time in American politics.
There many fronts being fought right now, I’ll just indicate some crucial other points here;
1) After the RESTORATION of Congress’s Powers, given to them by our Constitution, and only enforce by the American people themselves will we free ourselves from DICTATORSHIP (where the dead “Rule”.) Call your Representatives pass H.R. 1489 Glass-Steagall Act and H.C.R. 107 which will impeach a President, including this one, “Obama,” from office for unauthorized, unconstitutional actions, without the approval of Congress to levy wars upon any nation. Walter Jones (R-NC) has given many interviews on this issue I would recommend viewing it at larouchepac.com.
2) No one is competent enough to lead this nation unless they, them, those, candidates truly understands The Economy of Political Science, as such. Meaning Mitt, Ron Paul’s Austrian School “boo-boo” economics is not American at all, he can stay as congressman, but not President, these, and “Obama,” oy, forget it! Our vote is too important to vote just for anyone. The measures which are needed, as in 1) above is just the beginning! That is Why we need NAWAPA. Double our productive output, by increasing our water supply and pushing ours, and other nations’ technological endeavors, now! This will put mankind beyond space exploration and into the creation aspects of mankind in the universe; bringing life to other planets, and galaxies beyond our reach, for now.
All this must be achieved, and the only “thing” getting in our way is a tool of death called “Obama.”

While I have shared with you details of the administration’s increasingly volatile relationship with the military…there have been those who have taken it upon themselves to investigate the nature of what they are dealing with here. But they have to be very careful because the powers at the State Department, and yes, there are high ranking military officials loyal to the administration – individuals who in fact welcome the possibility of a more…globalized military. I’ve been thinking about this more lately – the military — wondering how many we have that are patriots and know the evil plans of the Obama regime…..and…if they are planning, organizing, just in case the situation arises where he makes unlawful commands re us, preparing maybe for an actual attack – whatever. This is a little encouraging.
I pray all the time that news of any traitorous conspiring with our enemies/plans for attacks, etc. will become known to those patriots who with the power/authority can successfully deal with this kind of thing. It’s all totally unprecedented & frightening. I have little doubt there are those traitors in the highest positions who are giving our secrets to enemy countries, signing deals, etc.

I was wondering what would happen if Bader Ginsberg or Breuer “died”(helped along) before the verdict was released/ formulated finally? This would seem perfectly natural to the public at large and no-one would suspect. Then another liberal judge obviously would be appointed. BUT there would be a delay in releasing the verdict as it would have to be re debated. Same with Breyer. I notice Breyer has had 2 incidents recently.The first one was when he was on holiday and he was attacked and robbed by machete wielding thugs. Then his residence got broken into recently.Intimidation tactics? The verdict would possibly be delayed until after the election or just before. AND if some in the White House are livid about this(Jarrett and Mooch) wouldn’t they take matters into their own hands and get the Panthers (their SS Abwehr) to do something about Judge Roberts? Scary thought but entirely possible in view of Kam Kuwata.

My thoughts exactly! I’ve posted before that some of Barry’s admin and campaign ‘events’ smack of a John Grisham novel. That might have been one of my posts that disappeared, so I don’t find the need to elaborate those points again.
Novels seem to give some people ideas, provide a format, if you will.
You’ve probably seen interviews with certain authors of political intrigue/espionage-type books about how military and intelligence officials have asked them to brainstorm on what “terrorists” might do in order to stay ahead of them and to “think outside of the box,” certainly sounds like a reasonable explanation for wanting creative people to give them some plots, doesn’t it?
I listened to every minute of the Obamacare SC proceedings. I would make the argument that BOTH Ginsburg and Breyer could vote to overturn it. Either way, there’s no doubt in my mind the mandate will be struck down. Its just a matter of what they will leave of it from there.
From what I saw, Breyer (as well as Sotomayor) was openly irritated by the Obama administration’s arguments, while Ginsburg seemed more resigned to the Court’s defeat of Obamacare than determined to vote to overturn it herself. Kagan is certain to stay in lockstep with Obama no matter what.
I wonder if this will change the hearts of those on the ‘inside’ if this comes out this summer as ‘the surprise’? Will they still back Romney?

Forget all the strategizing to defeat Obamacare & “win” the election. Obama’s self-admitted dual citizenship at birth and the required (by Article 2 Sec 1 Claus 5) status of natural born citizenship at birth are mutually exclusive. Obama, the self-labeled “Constitutional professor” is ineligible, he knows it. So does every thinking American who has not chosen to look the other way while our country is ruined.
