“I’d Kick His Ass Into The F-cking Dirt” (INSIDERS RELATED)

For over two years our own White House and Wall Street Insiders have shared insights into a growing group within both political parties, the military, and the business world who have been working to combat the Obama regime’s all out attack on the already weakened foundation of the United States. Those efforts are now easily recognized for all to see…

Take this headline from today:  GOP senators press Holder for special prosecutor into potential national security leaks

“GOP senators are putting the pressure on Attorney General Eric Holder to appoint a special counsel to investigate whether the White House is responsible for national security leaks.

…Among the concerns about the leaks are recent news reports regarding the United State’s drone attacks in the Middle East.”

And yet another headline from today:  Issa Letter Hammers Obama on Operation ‘Fast and Furious’

The chairman of the House oversight committee investigating White House involvement in the botched “gun-walking” program that led to the 2010 death of U.S. Border Patrol agent accused President Obama of downplaying his involvement in the program or intentionally obstructing the Congress’ inquiry.

…”Either you or your most senior advisers were involved in managing Operation Fast & Furious and the fallout from it…or, you are asserting a Presidential power that you know to be unjustified solely for the purpose of further obstructing a congressional investigation,” Issa wrote. “To date, the White House has steadfastly maintained that it has not had any role in advising the Department with respect to the congressional investigation. The surprising assertion of executive privilege raised the question of whether that is still the case.”

And this headline:  Obama prepping thousands of lawyers for election

President Barack Obama’s campaign is recruiting legions of lawyers to handle disputes that may arise from now through Election Day.

Thousands of attorneys and support staffers have agreed to aid in the effort, providing legal support that appears to be unrivaled by Republicans or precedent.

Finally, this headline, also from today – indicating Democrats are having trouble raising enough cash for Barack Obama’s own convention:

Democrats Cancel Speedway Event At Charlotte Convention

Democrats canceled a political convention kick-off event at the Charlotte Motor Speedway and will move the activities to Charlotte’s main business district, the convention’s host committee announced.

…The move comes as party planners are grappling with a fundraising deficit of roughly $27 million, according to two people familiar with the matter who requested anonymity to discuss internal party politics. With a party ban on direct contributions from corporations, the host committee has raised less than $10 million, well short of its $36.6 million goal, said one of the people.

WALL STREET INSIDER: This Is The True Story Of The Obama White House…

WHIBarack Obama ain’t ever learned that lesson.  He’s been told since day one – been told life owes him something.  Been told he’s special. Been told America is all wrong, that it needs to be changed up.  Not just improved – hell, I would be the first to say it could be improved.  No, Obama’s been told it needs to be…what did his wife say?  America needs to be transformed?  Right?  Something like that?  He never had to work to be where he is.  Never had to…his grandparents spoiled the sh-t out of him.  Colleges spoiled the sh-t out of him.  Such a bright young man, right?  What did Biden say about that?  He speaks well and is “clean”?  Jes-s H. Chr-st.  That’s been Obama’s M.O. his whole life!  The well spoken Black guy.  Tellin’ him he’s smart.  He deserves success.  Jarrett sniffs his potential and gives him opportunity – just hands it to him.  Those Chicago people, they mark him as their guy.  More is given to him.  A house.  A campaign.  The guy was fast-tracked all the way.  Jack Kennedy was given a sh-tload of privilege but he also got his back broke up to sh-t in WWII.  He at least knew something about sacrifice.   Not Obama.  Not ever.  What has he sacrificed?  Nothing.  He’s been told what to think, what to say – and that is what is happening in the White House.  Since day one.  When the campaign ended in 2008 – anyone paying attention, anyone around the administration began to  realize the guy can’t function without being told what to think and what to say.  And as long as what is being told to him is that he is great…that this country f-cking owes him something…he’s ok with…he’s ok with it.

Ulsterman:  So what would you say?  How would you improve – what would you do or say to improve that situation you just layed out?

    • Any word how WSI is doing UM? I really do see all the work that has been happening starting to really come to the surface now. Praying hard the Supreme Court kills OBamacare dead.

    • silverdust
    • Something monumental needs to happen for our side soon. Both Levin and Rush have mentioned the possibility of Zero cancelling the November election.

      • truthandjustice
      • Yes, I was about to post that….listening to him today…he was really, really beside himself about what happened re Arizona – which I think is another event that will backfire on them and shows their true evil colors. He actually said he was afraid for our country. Said we’re really in trouble if Obama cancels elections. I listen to him all the time and don’t think I’ve ever heard him say that and go that far.
This is what’s been on my mind more and more. Maybe our Insiders can give us some insight into this soon.

        • M. Simon
        • cancel the election

It is a frequent refrain from the party out of power in an election season. Will it be true this time? Doubtful. The states are in charge of holding elections.

Keep in mind that “doubtful” and “unlikely” do not mean impossible.

          Keep your powder dry.

      • Stirrin the B.S.
      • I’ve read the theories about race riots and financial implosion as excuses for suspending the election, but what were Rush and Levin saying would be the pretense for cancelling?

        • truthandjustice
        • IF I remember right, he didn’t mention any scenario – but it was after going ballistic about the outrageous stuff they pulled re refusing to enforce the AZ law that was declared constitutional, etc. and after a caller asked what could they do if Obamacare is struck down. He said he COULD (not that he would) ignore them also and issue an Executive Order to go ahead and declare it has to be mandated anyway. They can do anything as long as there is no one to challenge and DO something to stop them. Wonderful huh?!
          Maybe Silverdust remembers better….

      • Den
      • There is no way that he has the power to cancel the elections. The Supreme Court would step in – it’s totally unconstitutional. Maybe the military would put that screwball in the nut house.

    • And this from the ABA Journal today…

      http://www.abajournal.com/mobile/article/roberts_is_likely_author_of_health_law_opinion_court_watchers_say

I will add to the writers likely outcomes…Our legal experts, sought out for their opinion in order to prepare for what may come, believed that if Roberts wrote the opinion it would be because the right had been defeated and Roberts would vote with the left in order to frame the SC’s opinion the best he could for the conservatives……so there is no certainty regarding a win simply because Robert writes the opinion…in fact it may signal quite the reverse.. Our supposed constitutional legal experts felt this opinion would be a win for Obama….I pray they were wrong.

      • CHHR, VA
      • The Decision is ALWAYS written by the most senior justice voting in the majority…

Also, not discussed is the fact that during the phase of opinion writing, a draft is provided to all justices for review and recommend changes, which may or may not be accepted depending on the legal philosophy of the actual opinion writer. And yes, this process can and sometimes does change a justice’s opinion on the outcome of the case… So yes, it equally means that Roberts can find himself writing for the minority but then he wouldn’t be writing the decision of the court, rather a dissenting opinion. It is also wise to note that Kennedy is famous for changing his mind.

Now, let’s take the facts as we know them… 4 “conservative” 4 “liberal” and one swing, generally referred to as Kennedy. Although I totally disagree with the rhetorical noise about this generally accepted make-up. I’ve seen no evidence to suggest a cleanly partisan court.

I’ve said this before, I will say it again. SCOTUS is keenly aware of the administration’s attempt to politicize the court and we already know that this greatly upset all of the Justices, not just Roberts (the focus of Obama’s attack). Given that knowledge, do you really think this court is going to allow a close decision? I really don’t think so, and we’ve seen comments to support that fact. How many times have we heard federal judges state that it is inappropriate for this administration and congress to settle arguments. As well, look at the immigration decision. It essentially told Congress to get off their butts and fix the problem, told the administration to enforce the solution, and states to remember their place under federal law.

Also, it’s important to note that to date, the bulk of the decisions released were heavily weighted in favor of the majority opinion.

So far, the only clue we’ve received is that this court takes their task very seriously.

          • CHHR, VA
          • I seriously doubt he would write an opinion upholding something he’s fundamentally against. Especially when listenting to his comments from the bench on the three days of hearings.

            • AmericaTheBeautiful
            • I would have thought so too…but that was the opinion of hired guns…that if the opinion were to go against the conservative members of the court which I took to mean that Kennedy sided with the liberals– then so too would Roberts in order to write the opinion. Yes, I thought that was a stunning forcast of things to come…that opinion was delivered to us months back.

            • AmericaTheBeautiful
            • Agree with the article and the SCOTUS blog…however should the decision split 5-4 and Roberts making it 6-3 in order to write a narrow decision in a tactical consideration…

I do think considering the opinion is being released the last day of the session the SCOTUS undertands who Obama is and what he is capable of…hence waiting until the final moment to release the ruling….I hope that bodes well for conservatives…

As I write ….”Obama Warns On Healthcare Ruling”… “We need to go forward ” said the Thug today

          • CHHR, VA
          • I still can’t omit the more obvious to me. The Court was really angry at the politization of their branch of government. I really don’t think Roberts is going to allow a close decision and knowing that Kennedy can easily change his mind, makes me think he too will be in the majority on this one.

There are plenty of reasons to allow the entire law to go down, the least of which is the intentional removal of the severance clause by Reid. Even considering a deference by the Court in favor of Congress, one can’t step away from the knowledge that Reid took that clause out knowing that the rest of the law couldn’t stand without the mandate.

Then, consider this, the noise about the mandate as overreach is only half the problem. The true and real problem of overreach is equally found in the remaining components of the law and that, I am sure, has not been lost in the minds of the Justices.

We often hold these nine folks in a bubble and forget that they are men and women of our society – they know the noise and as a group, I am confident that they too have done their research. No matter how much the Administration as attempted to sway narrative away from the rest of the law, it’s knowledge about the realities of the risks posed in it are not lost. One thing I’ve personally thought about are the component bills that make up the entire law. Remember, we had the House, then the Senate make up two very different versions with a pathetic side care called reconciliation. There are so many inconsistencies that even if it were to pass muster, would take years to resolve. My point is, that unless the entire thing goes down, we will NEVER have anything even remotely resembling reform – just government grab.

            • May be why Obama is placing his soldiers inside the health insurance companies…he is looking to socialise medicine one way or another…to control the people.

Should Obama loose… this virus that is Cass Sunstein, Ezekial Emmanuel etc …must be cut out and burned.

      • Nothing adds up with this couple. Facts are incidental and can be dismissed readily. It’s the fiction that works with these two (and their ‘friends’)…and the lies…and the cover-up.

They can only stretch the truth so far, so thin, until it snaps and the ends slap them in the face.

Watch for the snap and slap. If not Thursday, then in October…the month of tricks and treats and surprises, big surprises.

    • Eric Holder, Janet Napolitano, Sec. of State’s office & White House (Robert Gibbs) were all aware of “Project Gunrunner” on “March 24th,2009″!!

      Exerpt:

Two years earlier: On March 24, 2009, a 30-minute news conference was held at the White House by Press Secretary Robert Gibbs that included Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, newly appointed Deputy Attorney General David Ogden, and Deputy Secretary of State Jim Steinberg.
About 13 minutes into the press conference, Ogden, was introduced to discuss “joint DOJ and ATF operations”.

Ogden, who had been on the job for a mere 12 days,

“referred to Project Gunrunner and other ancillary ATF programs by name”, and stated that:

“he was working ‘directly’ with the Attorney General” on the “implementation of these programs that included Project Gunrunner”.

      • Seems every power broker or any with especially deep pockets were bought off through Obama’s crony capitalist stimulius-assignment corruption…. in his march toward capturing this nation…perhaps Harbinger’s Phil Falcone is simply a case of going after one who donates to the wrong presidential candidate…again…

This administration has used the Frederal Prosecutors like blackmailing thugs…sent out to break some legs, and destroy some lives….Note the Docs being destroyed by Medicare fraud accusations..
.Were there a Fourth Estate still in existence there would be investigations as to why conservatives are being prosecuted…a steep charge indeed…but who doubts it? Certainly not the New Black Panthers…nor the GM’s share holders relieved of their rightful stock shares…nor the GM agency owners shut down after successful generations in the car business …Hardball is the least of it…

    • @ alongthewatchtower, without checking past posts, IIRC, WSI did refer to Solyndra and Lightsquared. I, for one, was relieved to hear that the government had rescinded the agreement made with Lightsquared. It certainly sounded like their technology could have conflicted with the satellite and space technology that was already in place. Since it was another crony of BHO’s, and if there was a government loan involved, can”t help but wonder if LS will go bankrupt too.

      • AmericaTheBeautiful
      • Trust nothing from this government in power

        http://www.businessweek.com/articles/2012-05-03/lightsquared-phil-falcones-dream-fades#p2

The money quote…with Ted Olson on board gives pause…

Falcone says he has hired lawyers, including former U.S. Solicitor General Theodore Olson, and is considering going to court to challenge the decision, arguing that the government changed the rules on him. “What’s happening is quite frankly outrageous, it’s un-American, it’s unfair,” he says. “You mandate me to build out a network as a condition to buying the company, so I go and buy the company. And now you’re not letting me build out the network?”

        • Elliott
        • Who promised what Phil? Falcone had a fraudulent business plan predicated on bad technology, switching the approved use of spectrum owned by the company he was buying, facilitated by the FCC. Go ahead and the spill the beans Phil and drag everyone else down with you. I’ll buy tickets.

      • alongthewatchtower
      • @Paloma,

Yes, that is for sure. WSI spoke about LIGHTSQUARED vis-a-vis its technology, treatment by the Administration when it looked like there was a green light given to roll out its platform nationally in spite of concerns regarding interference w/GPS spectrum. In the end, the FCC did not allow the network to proceed and LIGHTSQUARED filed for bankruptcy.

However, my link references a loan that Phil Falcone had taken from one of his investment vehicles to pay for his taxes in 2009. He was a big investor in the investment vehicle. His controlling positions in the companies used to create LIGHTSQUARED consumed a lot of his personal equity so he had no liquidity to pay said taxes. The SEC began looking at the loan in 2010 when I believe investors complained about it. He did pay back the loan in its entirety in 2011. Then, we get this announcement today.

      • It’s rich.

St. HIllary’s no angel. Gotta wonder what Zero had over both Clintons to get her to back off in 2008. And whatever it was, if Zero could wield it, so could an international adversary.

Then there was Vince Foster . . . and a hundred other bodies . . . next to which Zero’s count pales by comparison . . . so far.

If there was ever an actual accounting, I would imagine that both camps are up to their eyeballs in sh!t, both camps teetering on the edge, just a breath away from falling in over their heads. No good will between Bill and Daddy Bush will save his ass…unless they have the goods on George 41. After all, he was head of the CIA ’76-’77. • truthandjustice
    • To those wondering why hasn’t he been IMPEACHED, just saw this at Breitbart:

“Senator Kyl, Monday June 25th, with host Bill Bennett: ” If the president insists on continuing to ignore parts of the law that he doesn’t like, and simply not enforce that law, the primary remedy for that is political. And you have it two ways: One is oversight through the Congress to demonstrate what they’re doing wrong and there are some potential criminal charges there for dereliction of duty. Although, I haven’t looked that up yet. And the other part of it is people need to react through the ballot box to turn out of office those people who are not doing their duty. Now if it’s bad enough and if shenanigans involved in it, then of course impeachment is always a possibility. But I don’t think at this point anybody is talking about that.”

Sadly, this confirms what I and others have been saying so long about why he isn’t impeached, etc. Our “leadership” (LOL) are too cowardly, naive, “establishment” career politicians that have no guts and clearly don’t get it”. And if they aren’t aware of how dangerous this admin. is by now with all the proofs, info. out there – what does that say of them? Of course, they could be being threatened. Plus this is an election year, the Senate would have to go along with it, which they won’t and it takes months. The Dems know all this of course and are counting on their cowardice and stupidity – thus they can do about anything they want, no matter how lawless and get away with it….i.e., AZ illegal enforcement.
I just pray if he somehow is re-elected, maybe THEN they will actually do something….there’s going to be more than half of us (my guess) that are patriots and will be going ballistic and will not stand for this !!

    • Wild animals are, generally speaking, harmless to the average person. Viewed from a distance with proper respect for any territoriality traits or other provocations can be done safely and is a delightful experience to be treasured. Corner one or encroach too close however, and you may find yourself fighting for your life!

This is where we are today with the modern Democrat party. A party completely hijacked by the radical left who have never been this close to achieving their goal of “remaking” this country into their vision of “Utopia”.

They have been slowly pushing this country away from it’s founding principles toward their top-down authoritarian state for the better part of a century and an American awakening, started by the Tea Party and others threatens to undo it all.

This is the time to be vigilant and the time to start fearing what they may resort to. Like a cornered animal, they are extremely dangerous and unpredictable…

    • This administration is corrupt to the bone. Obama has run up so many impeachable offenses that if Republicans were to act, they’d have so many counts it may overwhelm the public.

      1. Immigration status while attending college
      2. Declaring Congress in recess when they weren’t; “recess” appointments when Congress was in (in fact) session
      3. Refusal to enforce DOMA and existing immigration laws (dereliction of duty)
      4. (not sure if this is exactly impeachable, but) Telling the public he was negotiating with the Taliban in Afghanistan/Pakistan, while in fact no negotiations were occurring.
      5. Declaring repeatedly that if Congress does not act, He Will (a blatant repudiation of Constitutional separation of powers).

I’m sure I’m forgetting at least one or two offenses.

For those of you who want him impeached today, I might suggest that there’s a benefit of having an opponent repudiated by the electorate. It saves the country from a nasty impeachment trial, and fully exposes the extent to which the people are against his agenda. In general, the health of a Republic is not helped by criminally prosecuting corrupt heads of state if it can be avoided vis-a-vis an election.

If he were to be re-elected (God forbid) and continued to act as he does today (a virtual certainty), then I do believe Republicans would impeach him.
