WHITE HOUSE INSIDER: Mitt Romney’s Quiet Prayer Amidst The Sound Of Thunder

A remarkable  story from a longtime D.C. political operative of just how personally moved Mitt Romney was following a campaign stop in Red Rocks Colorado where over 10,000 enthusiastic supporters greeted the man they hope will be the next President of the United States.

Got this feedback earlier today and thought you’d like to hear it.  You know, I’ve gone from just trying to defeat Obama to really trying to help Governor Romney be this country’s next president.  I’m really starting to believe there might be something very special about this man.  This took place out in Colorado.  Just a couple days ago.  Probably my favorite campaign trail story that’s come back my way so far this election.  Wish I had been there.  I’m going to try and get a little poetic on you here.  Hope I pull it off OK and do this story justice.  Feel free to help me out a bit in the telling.  I would be embarrassed for people to know just how bad my spelling really is.  And sadly, that’s not a joke.  -INSIDER

As the governor was en route to the amphitheatre they were told the crowd was showing “strong numbers”.  What greeted him was a lot more than just “strong numbers” though.  It was a massive wave of thousands and thousands of supporters.  Before going on the governor apparently peeked out a few times and was shaking his head in disbelief at just how many people were there to see him.  He was told by organizers up to a thousand more were turned away because there simply wasn’t any room left.  People said you could feel the size of the crowd under your feet backstage.  Somebody had passed out a ton of “thundersticks” and the people were banging them together and making this amazing rumbling noise.  There were some real veteran campaigners backstage and I’m told they were all blown away by this crowd in Colorado.  It really was like some big time rock show.  Just a huge response for the governor.

So Governor Romney goes onstage and gives his speech.  The crowd just totally embraces him.  From beginning to end.  Every word.  They are fired up. Loud.  Positive.  Cheering.  Just an amazing moment for the campaign.  Everybody backstage were all smiles and peeking out at all those people and shaking their heads.  This is the kind of moment in a campaign you never forget.  Ever.   Nobody who hasn’t experienced it can really understand this feeling.  You’re looking at a candidate being transformed right in front of your eyes into the next Leader of the Free World.  They go from being human into something just a bit more. It’s all those people.  That energy.  It kind of fills the candidate up and makes them bigger than life.  And you are watching it happen in real time.  Right then.

The governor returns backstage and he is smiling and shaking hands, taking congratulations from everybody around him.  He’s saying how great it was.  Somebody yells out he’s going to win Colorado and the governor laughs and says he thinks so too.  And then something very interesting happens.  He moves away from the group of people just a bit.  Maybe ten or fifteen feet or so.  Just enough to have a little space to himself.  And enough people notice that the area gets a lot more quiet, and they are trying to watch the governor without looking like they are watching the governor.  They can all kind of tell something is happening right then.  It was described as something very peaceful and powerful that came over that backstage area for a moment.  And the governor, he lowers his head and his eyes shut tight and you could see him take a slow deep breath and then he lets it out and says quietly, but just loud enough for some to hear, “Lord, if this is your will, please help to make me worthy.  Please give me the strength Lord.”  And then his eyes open up, and he’s back to smiling and laughing and shaking hands and being the candidate once again.

I’m 100% convinced Mitt Romney was shaken to his soul right then and there.  I think at that moment it was sinking in he might really be the next American president, and it humbled him right to his core, in every nerve of his body.  And as he was saying that little prayer, you could hear the sound of thunder from all those thundersticks outside. Like this huge low rumble that just surrounded all of them at once.  A quiet little prayer, and the sound of thunder.

The sound of God.

VIDEO OF THE ROMNEY/RYAN RALLY AT RED ROCKS IN COLORADO.

Mitt Romney takes the stage at approximately 6:00 into the video.  At 7:10 you can watch as Mr. Romney is clearly moved by the reaction of the crowd and the beauty of the surroundings.  He begins his words by remarking upon the “handiwork of our creator”.  This indeed appears to have been a remarkable moment for this campaign season:

      • Proud to say I voted for him two days ago. In my mind this is the most important presidential election that I have voted in in my life. I was so afraid of pushing the wrong button that I checked, double checked and then checked one more time, before casting my ballot.

    • The more I have gotten to know about this man the more I have been convinced and have been telling people that I think God had saved this man for this particular time in America’s history, that he seems to have the very attributes that can save our country more than any of the other candidates, several of whom I had previously supported in the Republican primaries. This story further validates my belief. Thank you for sharing it, Thank you again, White House Insider, the two of you came through again.

    • Thank you WHI. You certainly did the story justice – your poetry was very moving. For those of us who could not be there, you made it real.

    • I, too, am praying for this. But I’m long past getting caught up in moving stories like this as we had heard all the Messiah stories about Obama in ’08, and look where that got us. (No, I did not vote for Obama in ’08) What I pray for is honesty and integrity and a true love of this country. I hope Mitt has all those things. I pray that he’s the real deal.

      • How well said! I agree. I thought the same thing, checked myself; don’t get caught up expecting too much, he’s just a man, afterall, but there is a difference. mitt is a humble man of faith, and Obama is a narcisist who believed the propaganda about himself.
I am sure Mitt will make mistakes. The test will be to see how he handles them.

      • IS
      • There is a huge difference between the Messiah stature that was given to Obama, and the spiritual experience that occurred at the Romney rally described above. Obama considers himself to be God. Romney prays to God for strength. BIG difference.

    • The more I learn about Mitt Romney the more I am convinced that, at his core, he is simply a good man. He was raised right by loving parents, he has excellent values, he is devoted to his wife and family, he is charitable, he is humble, he is hardworking, he loves America and he believes America can be great again.

I could not in good conscience say even one of those things about the current occupant of the White House, let alone all of them.

Mitt Romney may not be the next Ronald Reagan – no man is – but he is what America needs today. Go Romney and go WHI!!

    • SueK
    • I cried when I read this. Scenes like this were repeated when he was my Governor, silently and honestly with no fanfare or bravado.

Mitt Romney: My Governor, my former boss, MY PRESIDENT!

Thank you UM and WHI for sharing this; it’s about time America knew what I’ve known for years: What’s really in this man’s soul.

God bless you UM, WHI, WSI, MI and Mr. Romney!

    • E.A.B.
    • I want to point out that this isn’t a typical Mormon prayer, either.

Mormon prayers aren’t scripted, but they tend to follow a handful of general guidelines. Mitt Romney broke all of them with this prayer.

I encourage my fellow readers to look up the details. I might post more later on.

    • Stirrin the B.S.
    • I am so grateful to WHI for sharing that story – it truly is a powerful one. This country – and conservatives in particular – have been so burned by establishment Republicans over the past 40 years (Reagan excepted), that we have viewed Mitt with a jaundiced eye.

If he truly is a man of faith and conviction, those values will guide him in his governance. This story and that prayer spoken by Mitt made believe that he is. I’m counting on it, and this country needs to count on it, as does the whole world. That’s a heavy burden for a man to bear. He needs the only being that can equip him for the task residing in his heart. Please Lord, let it be so.

    • Hmmmm…yes, moving – brought tears to my eyes too. WHI – we (at least not I and my guess most) don’t care about mis-spelling or anything like that. Makes a person seem more like a “real” person and endearing. Love your summary…..

What is strange is that on Rush this morning a woman called in who had gone to THAT very same rally !! She was going crazy with enthusiasm and she described all of this – about the thousands of people and that many HIKED for a couple of miles to get there and the elderly that others were helping, etc. She was pumped !!!!
That was before I saw this.
My family have been there on vacations and the scenery is beyond beautiful and is similar to seeing the Grand Canyon — you’re in awe at the beauty/nature and….God.
I’m taking this as another “good sign” —– God’s man for such a time as this just as Nitanyahu is for Israel.

    • Rebel Yell
    • Rush Limbaugh had a lady call into his show today who had attended the rally at Red Rocks. From her description, WHI gave a very good account. She said that many had to park 2 and 1/2 miles away in the town near the amphitheater because lots were full and hike in- she said she saw all age groups on the trail and younger people helping the elderly. She also said the place was packed with people standing or sitting on any available space including steps, etc. It is estimated that at least another 1000 people were turned away because of no room.

    • Ylem
    • To WHI: I love your soul – what touches you – and that you can feel moments like you just described. I love your heart, your honesty and your willingness to correct your past mistakes.

In 2008 on, I was praying to G-d for people like you to come along. He answered my prayers. From the bottom of my heart… Thank you.

    • AmericaTheBeautiful
    • T and J…I heard that woman too. Her energy, her hope, her enthusiasm was uncapped…She touched my heart in her description…Rush was moved too..and he thanked her for her up lifting call…. and said he like to give her a gift , iPhone, IPad or laptop…And you know what she said ..”Thanks Rush, that’s so nice…but I really don’t need anything”…and after a couple minutes she came back to his generous offer and said…”Rush, I would like it, if you gave that nice gift to the next caller who is Military”….

That’s the America, the American, I know and love.

    • Ylem
    • UM: Interesting that this is the 3rd WHI story that has ‘thunder’ in it. Did you purposefully tie the stories together this way?

      • truthandjustice
      • Yes, just getting ready to post about this and saw yours. This from the last WHI report re Benghazi:
“The sound of ominous thunder now hangs over the Obama White House”

        Now this:
“A quiet little prayer and the sound of thunder. The sound of God.”

        I noted this — depicts two opposites…..over the WH – ominous from satan;
at Romney rally – encouraging and inspiring from God.

I’m telling you guys —- so far one of the BEST of GOOD SIGNS !!!!!!!!!!!

          • truthandjustice
          • LOL – you noticed that too??? Yes….something is up with that too. They say it is VERY unusual. Not some “coincidence”. We’ll probably know more as time goes on. Who knows. Maybe it will thwart some evil plan of “theirs” somehow???? People forget….maybe GOD has some October surprises going on.

However, I will tell you something for what it’s worth ….my daughter (the one that I posted about that has visions of things that are about to happen, etc.) – just told me this morning she had a vision of the ocean, high waves, stormy and some people making sand bags. She didn’t know about this hurricane. I told her that was probably what it was.

            • Obeline
            • Think about this: Could work the other way, too . . . natural phenomenon/disaster and power grid goes down for tens/hundreds/thousands/millions of millions (unnatural phenomenon/manmade disaster) . . . suspend elections and the whole predicted scenario unfolds. . .

              Nah . . .

            • truthandjustice
            • OBELINE – ha – yeah, I see what you mean – never let a good crisis go to waste. If it’s just the grid problem, I’ve read they could get it back up in about 6 wks. more or less & then have the elections (just postponed). So, unless they have some false flag attack go down on us at that time while we’re down & becomes a matter of national security, don’t think so. Like I said, time will tell……..and if it does thwart something – probably wouldn’t find out until later down the road but hope not.

        • Ylem
        • You forgot this reference, re: WSI meeting w/Soros:

WHI: “Five of the biggest motherf-ckers on the planet. Talking old school sh-t here. Old World sh-t. Planets colliding. The THUNDER you heard in the sky was the gods waging war against each other and all the humans would just be running for cover to keep out of their way. That’s what that meeting was.”

      • Ylem
      • To WHI: I think I’m getting it… You are good!

“Somebody had passed out a ton of ‘thundersticks’.” Who might that be, I wonder? You’re good!

        • Ylem
        • To WHI and UM: I get it. Nice coordination, guys. You had me. This is how you turned Obama into the ‘messiah’. One big campaign event to ‘inspire’ the voters at just the right time. I love the “thunder” tie-in (G-d’s thunder) and now we have this super-storm heading towards D.C… Wow! I bow before you WHI.

    • John
    • Forwarded this to my sister in Colorado who was there at the rally. She emailed back that it really was an amazing event and she was surprised people didn’t hear more about it on the news. 1000s of people were just in awe of the whole thing. And those things everybody had were really loud she said. She described it like a big humming noise or a really loud river. Sounds like it was really awesome for everyone there. I could see how that would effect a humble guy like Romney. Really hope he wins in November. And thank you WHI for this great story and for UM for sharing it. This was a really nice thing to read. Gives us all hope that maybe God really is on our side.

    • USA4ever
    • Great anecdote!

Thanks UM, WHI, and WSI for the stunning work you all have been doing, especially of late.

This story matches up with what Glenn Beck and David Barton have talked about, which is how Romney has an ear and spirit inclined towards God, to do His will.

Something has changed in Romney and I genuinely believe it’s God working through him at this moment in our nation’s history. Before, he wasn’t ready. Now he is. It’s his time.

      • E.A.B.
      • I agree. See what I wrote in my comment above about Romney’s prayer. He wasn’t praying like a Mormon. He was praying on behalf of all of us.

        • USA4ever
        • Definitely.

This is far bigger than Romney. Bigger than all of us.

Over the last few weeks I’ve thought about the change in Romney since picking Paul Ryan, since the game-changing first debate. This momentum that is unstoppable.

The Lord Jesus Christ is the only explanation for it all. I’ve never seen a political campaign and candidate step into something this extraordinary.

Mitt is literally a whole new man.

          Only God can do this.

          • Spotted Reptile
          • To be fair and honest, I’ve seen this before. WHI alludes to it, it’s a moment when the candidate feels the ‘mantle of greatness’ descend upon him/her. They become more than a person, they become a living conduit between their Creator and the people.

It’s palpable, and it changes everything. It’s incredibly humbling, but empowering. You virtually give your mind, body and soul over to your country and your people. That line Mitt says about ‘something bigger than ourselves’ is so apt in this context.

            • USA4ever
            • It’s important to make the distinction here between a personality-based mental assent form of leadership (which many politicians and public figures experience) and a literal move of God through a human being.

The former is wholly focused on the person, the latter wholly focused on God.

My observation is that when you consider the seemingly uneven arc of his 2012 candidacy and the nearly night/day difference between pre- and post-debate Romney, it’s clear that something genuinely deep has changed Romney’s course, completely different from low grade megalomania we’re used to seeing in society.

I believe, as WHI indicates, it’s God steering things.

    • Obeline
    • And this is the man that Faux-President Zero, the Desperate Scumbag, the petty juvenile lying fraud, has the audacity to call a BULLSHITTER?

    • Bobbi
    • I’m a supporter, I donate to, I adore Mitt. But, having said that, Kid Rock is here.
Dontcha think maybe, the crowd came for him?
I would love to think otherwise ……

      • USA4ever
      • With all due respect to Kid Rock and the other notable guests, they’re not exactly huge stars, certainly not enough to draw 10,000 with massive overflow.

      • P Walker
      • People wouldn’t have gone out to Red Rocks just to see Kid Rock play a couple songs as a warm up . As awesome as Red Rocks is as a venue it’s still a good ways out from Denver and has to have a pretty strong draw ( Mitt ) to get folks there mid week in October . I wish I could have been there , especially backstage – I’ve always wondered what it’s like to be in front of an enthusiastic crowd there . As many of the top acts in the world have learned , it’s really a special place . Mitt chose well ; I hope he uses some of the footage in a few late campaign ads .

      • Sallyal
      • Just a couple of observations. The faces I can make out in the picture would not be there to see Kid Rock. They probably would be thinking it is the smaller rock next to Red Rocks. Kid Rock is a Republican? And why is he singing Sweet Home Alabama? In Colorado? What about Rocky Mountain High (John Denver for you younger folks)?

        • Lindandy
        • Don’t know if Kid Rock is a Republican but he is a Romney supporter. I also thought it curious he sang Sweet Home Alabama in Colorado (maybe just part of his repertoire or someone requested it???). Rocky Mountain High would have been a good choice except probably not Kid Rock’s style. BTW, I was a John Denver fan and still love his songs. :)

    • lovelypeace
    • I couldn’t help but cry when I heard the “gina” call on Rush this afternoon.

(So, yeah, I’m loving that WHI confirmed her story because I really don’t know how people are going to survive another four years of Obama.)

The hand of God is on Mitt and his team.

There was a smallish event in my area a few days before the OU rally and it was shocking to me how many people came turned out for this little event, where the only real highlight was lunch. It’s not like there were any “big name” speakers or guests to get excited about. However, some of the people I encountered had driven nearly an hour or more just to at a park to get a free lunch along with their signs/other materials – and they weren’t the political hacks that you see at every other event either. And all the signs were gone even before most people left.

People know what’s at stake in this election and, after that first debate, we knew he could really win this. That’s why people are excited to see Mitt.

People are excited that Obama will soon be ex-President Obama.

      • Obeline
      • On the other hand, here’s some very nasty business that seems to back up DuJan’s take on the coming Inter-Democratic-Party Wars:

CLINTON LAWYER: Obama Rejected Hillary’s Request for Additional Benghazi Security

Methinks the ongoing Clinton-Obama war just entered a new and more dangerous phase.

…Secretary of State Hillary Clinton had ordered more security at the U.S. mission in Benghazi before it was attacked… but President Obama denied the request.

The news broke on Blaze TV’s Wilkow Show by best-selling author Ed Klein, who said… legal counsel to Clinton had informed him of this information.

Klein also said that those same sources said that former President Bill Clinton has been “urging” his wife [Hillary] to release official State Department documents that prove she called for additional security at the compound in Libya, which would almost certainly result in President Obama losing the election.

Klein explained that everyone knew what was happening in Benghazi… Wilkow asked, “If everybody knew this including the White House, who would have given the order to go in and save the ambassador?”

Klein: “The President… he should have given the order to use the rapid reaction force…”

        Wilkow: “Not Petraeus?”

Klein: “Well it has to come from the president.”

Wilkow also asked Klein about Valerie Jarrett, who’s the Senior Adviser to Obama and… her role in this cover-up.

Klein said, “We don’t know but we can only assume that every action that the president takes, and he said so, he is on the record saying “I don’t take any actions without passing it by Valerie Jarrett… so we have to assume that Valerie Jarrett who is also by the way, hooked into the Chicago campaign line… she has a direct line to David Axelrod, was a part of this whole cover-up in the White House.”

This latest news comes on the heels [of news] that former CIA officer, Clare Lopez[, who] was a guest on the Glenn Beck TV on Monday evening… told Beck, “They let our ambassador and others die. In real time, watching it happen, and they didn’t do anything about it.”

    • Enough is enough
    • I hope I can go to bed on the night of November 6 feeling its over. Only will remember, no its not completely over until January 20th. What horror will happen from Nov. to Jan. God bless Mitt Romney and his wife Ann. They know how much they are needed and trying real hard for all of us.

    • If true, this is a telling insight into character…

In 2008, one of these candidates soaked up adulation for the sake of self-gratification. In 2012, another now finds himself humbled, perceiving it as a sign to do better.

“Lord, if this is your will, please help to make me worthy.”

Not someone who sees himself AS a solution, but somebody willing to help PROVIDE one.

    • Obeline
    • MSM must cover this now – before the election – and they must be made to understand it is criminal negligence on their part to ignore it ( PLEASE pepper every irrelevant news story they cover INSTEAD with comments and questions):

” . . . Bottom line, this has huge implications for how we should be evaluating Obama’s stewardship. The decision to deny additional security in light of the increasing risks and prior attacks was not merely reckless, it was criminally reckless. . .”

” . . . Both Clinton and Obama need to be asked on the record again, who denied the requests for more security in Benghazi and why?” . . .”

    • OBELINE — Re your post above about the Hawaii house and praying for a tsunami:
Not only to intervene in our human affairs re the election, etc.,
some disasters appear to be related to God’s promise to bless those who bless Israel but curse those who slight Israel . Note:

      October 30, 1991

As President George Bush, Sr. is opening the Madrid Conference to consider “Land for Peace” in Israel’s Middle East role, the “Perfect Storm” develops in the North Atlantic, creating the largest waves ever recorded in that region. The storm travels 1,000 miles from East to West (instead of the normal West to East pattern) and crashes into the New England coast. Thirty five foot waves crash into the Kennebunkport home of President Bush.

      August 23, 1992

When the Madrid Conference moves to Washington D.C. and the Peace Talks resume, Hurricane Andrew, the worst natural disaster ever to hit America , comes ashore producing an estimated $30 billion in damage and leaving 108,000 homeless in Florida .

      January 16, 1994

President Bill Clinton meets with Syria ‘s President Hafez el-Assad in Geneva . They talk about a peace agreement with Israel that includes giving up the Golan Heights . Within 24 hours a powerful (6.9 on the Richter scale) earthquake rocks Southern California . The Northridge earthquake becomes the second most destructive natural disaster to hit the United States , behind Hurricane Andrew.

      January 21, 1998

Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu meets with President Clinton at the White House and is coldly received. Clinton and Secretary of State Madeline Albright refuse to have lunch with him. Shortly afterwards on that day, the Monica Lewinski scandal breaks into the mass media and begins to occupy a major portion of Clinton ‘s time.

      September 28, 1998

Secretary of State Albright works on the final details of an agreement in which Israel would give up 13% of Judea and Samaria . Hurricane George, with winds of 110mph gusting up to 175mph, slams into the United States Gulf Coast . Hurricane George stalls. Clinton meets with Arafat and Netanyahu at the White House to finalize this land deal. Later Arafat addresses the United Nations about declaring an independent Palestinian state by May 1999. Hurricane George pounds the Gulf Coast causing $1 billion in damage. At the exact time Arafat departs the country, the storm starts to dissipate.

      October 15-22, 1998

Arafat and Natanyahu meet at the Wye River Plantation in Maryland . The talks are scheduled to last five days with a focus on Israel giving up 13% of Judea and Samaria . The talks are extended and conclude on October 23rd. On October 17th awesome rains and tornados hit Sothern Texas . The rain and flooding in Texas continue until October 22nd and then subside. The floods ravage 25% of Texas and leave over $1 billion in damage. On October 21, Clinton declares this section of Texas a major disaster area.

      November 30, 1998

Arafat comes to Washington again to meet with President Clinton to raise money for a Palestinian state with Jerusalem as the capital. A total of 42 other nations were represented in Washington . All agreed to give Arafat $3 billion in aid. Clinton promised $400 million and the European nations $1.7 billion. On the same day, the Dow Jones average drops 216 points, and on December 1, the European Market had its worst day in history. Hundreds of billions of market capitalization were wiped out in U.S. and Europe .

      December 12, 1998

Clinton lands in the Palestinian-controlled section of Israel to discuss the “land for peace” process. The House of Representatives votes four articles of impeachment against Clinton .

      May 3, 1999

The day Yasser Arafat is scheduled to declare a Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital the most powerful tornado storm system ever to hit the United States sweeps across Oklahoma and Kansas . Winds are clocked at 316mph, the fastest wind speed ever recorded. The declaration is postponed to December 1999 at the request of Clinton , whose letter to Arafat encourages him in his “aspirations for his own land.” He also writes that the Palestinians have a right to “determine their own future on their own land” and that they deserve to “live free today, tomorrow and forever.”

      October 11, 1999

Jewish settlers in 15 ” West Bank ” ( Israel ) settlements are evicted from the covenant land in Israel . Dow Jones financial averages loses 5.7% in the worst week since October 1989. On October 15 the Dow lost 266 points. A hurricane slams into North Carolina . Next morning, October 16, a magnitude 7.1 earthquake rocks the Southwest in the fifth most powerful earthquake in the 20th century. The earthquake was centered in the California desert and did little damage but it was felt in three states.

      August 2005

Jewish families were evicted from their homes in the Gaza communities as part of Ariel Sharon’s “Disengagement” plan. This disengagement was a response to the American Foreign Policy pressure being exerted by Condoleeza Rice. As the world watched the Jews being removed from their homes, a weather system was forming in the Atlantic . This storm became Hurricane Katrina, which destroyed New Orleans , Louisiana (Miss Rice’s home state) and an area the size of Britain , rendering thousands of Americans homeless and leaving thousands dead. Hurricane Katrina also spoiled the “Southern Decadence” weekend planned by the homosexual community for New Orleans and supported by the mayor of New Orleans . By September 7th, further parallels were becoming apparent. The Mayor of New Orleans, having been heavily criticized for ineffectiveness has ordered troops (local people) and police to evacuate all residents who refuse to leave. The police chief has expressed reservations about tackling defiant householders as it would be a “PR disaster.”

Another: Just days after Obama insisted Israel must give up lands it won through military victory with its enemies, some 200 people were killed by a tornado in Joplin, Mo.

And, the latest 9/11 Benghazi — I believe Netanyahu was visiting us then and we talked about how Obama refused to meet with him. But of course, that could have happened anyway b/c it was the anniversary of 9/11 the first. But……………….

AND….now the very unusual, rare hurricane headed for NY, etc.??????

      • Cheatin’ Joe’s gonna be in Central Virginia (west of Richmond) on Saturday. The weather that’s expected reminds me of the hurricane prior to the RNC. Remember that? The suspicions? I have a gut feeling – again, like many of us had then.

Will Obama use this as his October Surprise, or to buy off Hillary and install her as VP? That’s the only way she’s not going to set this administration on it’s butt with Benghazi. She was played for a fool – including being a cold-faced liar to the father of a fallen hero. She’s out for blood, knowing that she’ll never get a chance at 2016 – (as WHI said quite plainly.)

Problem: the Secret Service will have their hands full in the venue where ol’ Possum Grin is going to appear – too many tall buildings, too many shadows, a hell of a lot of corners and hiding places – and the airport is problematic, too – transportation from the airport to the venue is suspect, with nearby mountains, or congested roads as the alternate route. It’s not 3rd world, but it’s not a good trip.

As much as I disrespect and dislike the old pud, I pray for his safety; given the Benghazi Affair, I’m seriously worried.

Anyone listening? Pray for the hurricane to cancel the trip. Pray for Joe Biden’s safety.

    • Truth, like impounded water, is relentless in its quest to be set free.

Often times, its first attack on the levee is a tiny seep that soon becomes a small rivulet which becomes noticeable to only the observant.

The rivulet becomes an ever growing stream as the pressure of its containment aids in its quest for freedom.

In rapid succession the growing stream becomes a raging torrent and the builders of the levee realize it is too late to stop and flee for their lives.

Once the process ends the waters of truth become calm and the whole process starts over as evil people seek once again to impede the flow of truth.

This is why history is so important to life.

P.S. We are witnessing the failure of a dam started in the early 1900′s and brought to final destruction by the conspiracy of Barack Hussein Obama, who by the way, will be tormented for the duration of his natural life. Returning to the paradise from which he started will not mend the corruption of his soul.

    • Jesus said in Matthew 18:5-7,

“And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me.

But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.

Woe unto the world because of offences! for it must needs be that offences come; but woe to that man by whom the offence cometh!”
