Our ambassador to Libya was killed in our own consulate in Benghazi on the night of September 11. For the next six weeks, President Obama repeated the same talking point: The morning after the attack, he ordered increased security in our embassies in the region.
Suddenly, on the campaign trail in Denver on October 26, he changed his story. “The minute I found out what was happening . . . I gave the directive,” he said, “to make sure we are securing our personnel and doing whatever we need to do. I guarantee you everybody in the CIA and military knew the number-one priority was making sure our people are safe.”
Notice the repeated use of the present tense, implying that he gave the order during the attack. Mr. Obama met with his national-security team, including the secretary of defense and the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, at 5:00 p.m. Washington time.
…The SecDef and the president have issued contradictory explanations. Either Mr. Obama ordered the Secretary of Defense to “do whatever we need to do,” or he didn’t. And either the secretary obeyed that order, or he didn’t. And he didn’t.
…Yet the general in charge of the Africa region has allegedly said he received no directive from Washington to dispatch military aid. Members of the mutual protective society of generals are offering the bizarre defense that our Africa Command could do nothing because it has no military assets; it’s some sort of ghost command. Even if that is true, the most powerful nation in the world has sufficient forces and flexibility to send fighter aircraft over a consulate in flames, or to land some troops at the secure airport east of Benghazi. After all, our embassy in Tripoli, 400 miles away, sent an aircraft with six Americans to fight in Benghazi. But our base in Sigonella, 480 miles away, sent no help.
Surely it is in the president’s best interests to release a copy of his order, which the military would have sent to hundreds in the chain of command. And if the president did not direct the NSC “to do whatever we need to do,” then who was in charge? When the American ambassador is attacked and remains out of American hands for over seven hours as a battle rages — and our military sends no aid — either the crisis-response system inside the White House is incompetent, or top officials are covering up.

It is now believed that Ambassador Stevens was there, risking his life, to try and “stop” the flow of arms from Benghazi to Syria via Turkey. The arms in question are ending up in the hands of al Qaeda in Syria. The Team Six Navy SEALS, were sent into bin Laden’s stand in compound to assassinate an actor. Soon after Team Six was loaded entirely onto one helicopter which was dispatched in response to an al Qaeda attack on a US asset.

Ca’an is a known entity and flies carte blanche out of Pakistan as it did into Egypt, where it was waved through, as ‘necessary American assets’ in having the Obama regime’s declaration of “protected assets”.
As was exclusively reported here, Ca’an touched down in Egypt and were taxied to the Libyan border for a special mission, which was to occur on the 9 11 anniversary at Benghazi in taking of American hostages.
Too many cooks spoiled the pot, but from Ca’an’s view, they were not going to benefit Obama who they figured out was going to assassinate them. They were not going to deal with the Casey Associates in releasing the hostages after January 2013. They were not there to murder Khadaffi forces who this was to be blamed on as Obama kicked around a dead Colonel. They were not there to help Libyan radicals. The formulation on the new intelligence they were being fed was, “They could murder the Americans who were supposed to be hostages and Obama would not be able to do a thing about it, as he instigated thee entire plan for his 2012 campaign to undo the ghosts of bin Laden and Jimmy Carter”.
Exactly as in the murder of Team Six, the Benghazi operation was filled with insider information from knowing which intersections to place heavy munitions on. Knowing where the safe houses were. KNOWING THAT THERE WOULD BE NO OBAMA RESPONSE TO RESCUE THE HOSTAGES AS IT WAS AGREED UPON, and knowing where Libyan security would be dispatched from to neutralize it.
Ca’an could afford to take it’s own sweet time in a 7 hour operation which ended in a “smart” mortar round into the Embassy, because they knew no one was going to be sending in any rescue.
I saw this along with the subsequent post. It seemed to me that LC was hinting the reason the BO contingency had him on AF-1 flying aimlessly to FL and back was because they are afraid some PO’d members of our highly trained military may be out hunting for the instigators of the Benghazi incident who left men behind. Why would our President go to bed that evening, and then out to Las Vegas the next day as if he had no worries? After such an attack, would you not be concerned about further insurgent activity? Would you not be concerned about securing intelligence paperwork still on site? Or, knowing how “mob mentality” works, would it not be prudent to get sufficient “boots on the ground” to stop any further insurgent activity? Not only were there no orders to protect Stevens and Smith, there was no activity to quell any other “mob” activity or insurgency either. And no effort to secure the area afterward. It looks like Obama went to bed that night and flew out to Vegas for a campaign stop the next day because he knew there was no threat of another attack. So, was the 9/11 Benghazi attack an operation to eliminate Amb. Stevens? Once completed there would be no other worries because it would have been a planned coordinated attack-so off to bed and on to Vegas. The fact that Obama, Clinton, Panetta and Rice were all on the same page so soon afterward reeks of collusion and cover-up whatever the real story is.
Let’s say General Ham wasn’t given an order – as he told a Congressman. Hmmmm. He said he wasn’t given an order to utilize his ready reaction force. That’s what the General is said to have said.
That, right there, is damning information: he had no orders.

The idea that he was relieved of command might have to do with the possibility that he was ready to act without orders – and was relieved by a junior officer when he was about to act unilaterally. That’s where the rumor might have been started – the detail about communicating with the administration and being told to stand down. That communique didn’t neccessarily come to him directly anyway, so it remains an open question.
As far as being ordered to stand down by the administration, it didn’t matter: if he was never given the order to act, he didn’t need an order to stand down. His JO would have had the authority to keep him from moving to activate the ready reaction team.
That makes the administration even more culpable.
Bottom line: if he is called to testify, so should his JO.
A question for MI:
It’s an open question whether or not General Ham was in contact with the administration; he said he was not; his JO might have been, however: his JO might have been told to stand down – not General Ham himself. Who was the Junior Officer? Why is he not mentioned in the story? That’s where the questions need to go.
So it goes like this:
The JO gets an order not to act on reports from Benghazi; General Ham is never told directly by anyone in the administration about any part of this; General Ham is ready to activate his force, anyway, but is relieved of command by his subordinate, who WAS in contact with someone in the administration.
The rumor was probably true, but was delivered in such a manner that it left an opening for denial.
