Obama White House Demands People Continue Believing In Global Warming

Likely fearing more and more Americans are becoming less and less interested in entertaining pro-global warming propaganda, the Obama administration put together a two minute video trying to explain away the “polar vortex” that has contributed to record breaking cold temperatures in recent days.  The problem is, the majority of Americans who actually decide to watch the video, will be doing so while temperatures remain well below normal for this time of year.  Tough to sell a lie when the truth is right outside their door…

As the above cartoon makes clear, the earth was, geologically speaking, once immersed in a massive sheet of ice not so long ago.  Drastic shifts in global climate are, over thousands of years, the norm.  The global warming/climate change cabal would have people believe humankind is to blame, so send in your $$$$ now so someone can pretend to do something about it, namely give more power to the government and less power and opportunity to you.

First, the Obama administration video, put together by White House “science and technology adviser”  Dr. John Holdren, who attempts to explain away any and all weather as being caused by, you guessed it, global warming/climate change…

A little fact about Dr. Holdren:  Since the 1970′s he has demanded government mandates on population controls.  He predicted twenty years ago that by the year 2000, millions of people would be dying of starvation around the world, and to avoid such a disaster would require a single, global form of governance.  (A “New United Nations” if you will – a name readers of my works DOMINATUS and TUMULTUS will be quite familiar with.)  This global governance would then be compelled to force people to be sterilized, and would require couples to obtain approval prior to having a child, as well as kill off, millions of others under the guise of making the world a better place.  (This is no joke folks, you want true wacko-crazy, it is John Holdren)

An inconvenient truth regarding John Holdren and others of his ilk is that every major prediction he has made under the guise of “science” has proven false, and yet, he is the one the Obama White House chose to be Barack Obama’s “science and technology adviser”.  Maybe it wasn’t Holden’s very weak powers of prognostication that earned him that position, but his decades long record of an anti-American outlook.  Here is a direct quote from Mr. Holden regarding how the United States should step aside in favor of being controlled by an international military power:

“If this could be accomplished, security might be provided by an armed international organization, a global analogue of a police force. Many people have recognized this as a goal, but the way to reach it remains obscure in a world where factionalism seems, if anything, to be increasing. The first step necessarily involves partial surrender of sovereignty to an international organization.”

Wow.  Just…wow.             -UM

Speaking of the Global Warming hoax, check out my latest novel, BENNINGTON P.I.  “Bonita”, available now!

After decades working within the murky political underbelly of the nation’s capital, hard living D.C. politico Frank Bennington finds himself out of a job, recovering from a heart attack, and wondering what the hell he’s supposed to do next.

Then a phone call from a long ago acquaintance gives Frank an opportunity to use his particular brand of talents and insights to reveal a cover-up with global implications. It is a scandal involving powerful and influential figures who wish for the truth to remain hidden, and the lie to continue to be perpetrated, for it is a lie worth TRILLIONS of dollars to those who control its message. In Frank Bennington’s new world of private investigations, dead men tell no truths, and that is exactly what his enemies hope to make of him.

“Bennington P.I. “Bonita” is the much anticipated follow up to D.W. Ulsterman’s novel, “The Second Oldest Profession”.

    • These half-measures are a waste of time. The American Left needs to get serious and (1) eliminate anthropomorphic season change — thus condemning us to permanent winter — and (2) ban oxygen as a greenhouse gas!

The Chinese, our future landlords and masters, laugh as the ever-dwindling minority of existing patriots and lovers of liberty weep …

    • Purveyors and promoters of scientific fraud always have a devoted audience of gullible followers, and they also usually find a coterie of investors who intend to profit financially from the fraud; as the three morph into one, they become powerful and dangerous, and the science becomes a religion and a delusion.

One example of this is cholesterol drugs: first they built the myth of hypercholesteremia (in isolated cases, it actually is a problem) but they already had the solution: statins: they’d found that statins lower cholesterol (observing red rice yeast’s effects) and they synthesized it. But they discovered that statins lowered cholesterol before they decided that cholesterol was bad. They made a miracle of nature – or G0D – into something they could manipulate. And it was PROFITABLE!

They got the medical community on board with a massive propaganda campaign, promising that statins were a “miracle drug,” and could cure everything from cancer to Alzheimer’s Disease. The claims became more outrageous by the day, and some even started to propose putting statins in the water supply! (some idiots still do…)

So they take note of something – cholesterol lowering – and make a disease process for which to cure the disease. Except for one thing: they first decided upon a “safe” level of cholesterol, and when numbers came down in people they treated, and when people were still having strokes and heart attacks in the same percentages, they lowered the numbers even more. Even to unsafe levels. Cholesterol wasn’t put there to punish us!

There were a small percentage (2-3 percent) who actually benefitted from the inflammation-lowering aspect of statins, but as a rule, lowering cholesterol did nothing to help with cardiac issues. Filtered fish oil and turmeric and ginger do a better job of preventing cardiac disease than statins.

The pharmaceuticals tried using fraudulent statistics, too: they claimed that there was a lowering of cardiac incidents and death by 20-30% with the use of their drugs, but that was a badly skewed set of numbers: that was taken from the 2 or 3 out of 7 who already had a serious heart condition, and if you look at the population percentages, out of 100, it was 2-3 who showed benefit, not 20-30. They were forced to withdraw this part of their campaign of lies and propaganda. They didn’t help reduce cardiac incidents by 20-30%; they might have reduced cardiac incidents (in their studies) by 2-3%.

Then Businessweek did something awful – to the pharmaceuticals, that is: they published NNTs. That is, Numbers Needed to Treat. These are numbers that every physician should be aware of, not the glossy handouts and advertsing the reps give the docs. For example, if you are sick with a sinus infection caused by a bacterium, the NNT might be 12/13: thirteen patients with the disease, 12 cases resolved. Those numbers are changing, of course, with antibiotic resistant organisms having adapted – but the cure rate is high compared to the numbers needed to treat the problem. With statins and a general population, it’s something like 1000 people need to take the drugs for it to help 1 person. Liberals might love the idea of 999 people lining up for drugs to save that lonely person, but it’s expensive and the drugs themselves cause misery and pain, including global amnesia and permanent muscle damage, and there are numerous examples of people being put into nursing homes because it was thought that they were suffering from dementia.

The industry now has removed cholesterol targets altogether, saying people should take the cholesterol drugs anyway, since the cholesterol targets were such a failure (the reason they are considered a failure is that cholesterol never was the reason for heart attack and strokes, while homocysteine and C-Reactive Proteins and triglycerides are actually the pertinent issues.)

So they’ve basically admitted that they were committing a fraud, and the numbers prove it, but they still maintain that people should take statins “for their own good.” In other words: “so what if the numbers don’t prove our case! We say it’s good science, and we believe it’s good science, and you should believe it too!” Science, based upon belief, not evidence! Just like Global Warming and Climate Change!

Problem is, statins are the Great Muscle Destroyers and maker of mental incompetence: you can be 40 years of age, healthy and athletic, and then several weeks after taking statins become incapable of turning the key to your office or car door. Or maybe the effects will be more subtle: you have constant leg pain. But the doctor – particularly the cardiologist – will say: “You’re 40! What do you expect?” All of a sudden, you aged 20-30 years? Coincidentally occuring with the use of statins?

Well, this has been the most profitable of drugs ever made! And they aren’t willing to let their juicy little investment fall by the wayside, so they still perpetuate the fraud. Kind of like Global Warming and Climate Change. There are hungry investors to pay, of course, and there are folks who are just too darned embarrassed to admit that they’ve been taken for a ride! Doctors are in both groups, by the way, since doctors used to get kickpacks and perks from pharmaceutical companies (some still do)

Isn’t this the perfect metaphor for “global warming,” though? Even though the numbers demonstrate something completely opposite of what they’re claiming, and even though they had previously used fraudulent temperature readings (temperature guages being put in parking lots, next to heat-generating air conditioners etc) they still claim that man is making the planet warm. Worse yet, they act as if that’s a bad thing!

Yes, there is more carbon dioxide. Maybe that’s because there are 7 billion people and less plants? Grow more plants – which could be accomplished a lot easier if cooler areas were warm enough to grow ‘em – and you have a better balance!

Here’s a sample comparison of the two frauds and how what they claim is disastrous is actually a benefit:

Hotter temperatures mean more land that can support agriculture.
Cholesterol heals and repairs tissues – (even the so-called “bad cholesterol” is vital for repair of brain tissue.)

So back to the basic idead: they started with an observation, made up a malady in order profit from the “cure,” and they won’t admit that they were wrong no matter what REAL science actually proves. The 20th century may have been the century of war, but it was also the century of (profitable) scientific fraud.

      • I read this after I finished writing the last post:

“MIT Professor Richard Lindzen is a leading international expert on climate change. “The changes that have occurred due to global warning are too small to account for,” he told WBZ-TV. “It has nothing to do with global warming, it has to do with where we live.”

Lindzen endorses sensible preparedness and environmental protection, but sees what he terms “catastrophism” in the climate change horror stories.

“Global warming, climate change, all these things are just a dream come true for politicians. The opportunities for taxation, for policies, for control, for crony capitalism are just immense, you can see their eyes bulge,” he says.
“Even many of the people who are supportive of sounding the global warning alarm, back off from catastophism,” Lindzen said. “It’s the politicians and the green movement that like to portray catastrophe.”’
